Great stay, but southern france is hot.

Pros: The communication was very easy and fast. Questions and issues got a quick reaction and fix. The appartement is spacious and located very nice in the city center.

Cons: There is one cooler unit, but to get it to cool two rooms is very difficult. We were offered another ventilator, but did not test it out, but it should be there. So, when it is hot in summer time it should be easier to keep both bedrooms at agreeable temperatures.

Pros: It’s a very nice and cosy apartment, right in the center, close to many shops, restaurants and museums. The bed was great, we slept wonderful! Everything you need for coocking is avalaible. The hosts are very helpfull!

Charlotte the owner is very easy to access and responds quickly - a very welcome and accomodating host

Pros: Very spacious property located in the old town- had everything needed or close to shops where you could purchase any additional requirements - great for a longer stay

We enjoyed being in the centre of Aix and getting to know its daily Aix rhythm.

Pros: We loved the central location. And the apartment itself is both calm and spacious allowing one to relax after a long journey to get to Aix. The wonderful bathroom offers both a shower and a bath. The owners were very supportive in helping us gain initial entry into the flat**, in providing us with welcome orange juice and coffee sachets, offering suggestions for lunch**, and in reaching out to us to check we were ready for checkout.

Cons: We suffered from WiFi and mobile phone connectivity during our stay and lost contact with the owners when they wanted to speak to us. To avoid them encountering a similar issue from happening perhaps they might consider also leaving a printed information sheet in the property giving the details of checkout time, where to leave the keys on departure, and also the very helpful suggestions of where to eat. We would have liked a small frying pan to cook an omelette.

We love Aix and we had a wonderful stay here - merci infiniment!

Pros: The apartment was beautiful and its location was central and convenient. The rooms and facilities were great and the host was helpful and friendly.

Cons: We stayed for a few days during a heat wave and found that the bedrooms became very hot. Portable air conditioning was in the rooms, which was helpful.

Beautiful apartment, initial issue but efficiently solved.

Pros: Location is perfect. Apartment Is beautiful and excellently decorated.

Cons: The owner had an incident with the booking system that delayed our checking in process, however, it got sorted at the end, and they acted very attentive and offered us a compensation for the inconvenience. But besides that, the apartment was a great place and very welcoming.
