Pros: Perfect location! On a quiet street, in one of the most beautiful parts of town. Walkable to everything!

Pros: Smart little apartment. Great equipment in the kitchen. Everything we needed. Good recommendations from the host. Very comfortable. Excellent location and nice and quiet at night.

Cons: I had not read the small print and was surprised by the €900 bond. At the end of or stay, everything was fine and it was promptly returned. Just something to be aware of. If you are a larger frame or less able….. there are lots of stairs and the toilet room is tiny.

Aix is beautiful and this is comfortable and in a great location

Pros: Location and apartment very comfortable. Great shower, comfortable beds, most amazing sofa bed! Xavier was helpful.

Cons: It’s a little tight here and there, I’m tall. The 10am check out is a but early compared with what I’m used to in other properties.

Cons: Voisins immeubles dans la rue parfois bruyants la nuit (peut-être hasard ?)

Appartement très bien situé et joli déco

Pros: Appartement fonctionnel, idéalement situé au coeur de la ville.

Cons: A déconseiller aux personnes non alertes à cause des escaliers.

Comfortable apartment close to old town centre

Pros: Short walk to centre of the old town. Modern kitchen, everything you need. Washing machine Coffee machine Historic part of the town which is exactly what we were looking for.

Cons: It's an old building with no lift so some people might struggle to get their luggage upstairs to 3rd floor apartment. We were 2 females so took 2 of us to carry each suitcase up the winding stairs. Not a problem but unfit or elderly may struggle going up and down the stairs. There are 2 bedrooms, one is single bed up narrow stairs. Did not notice the EUR900 bond when we booked so had to pay this (credit card hold) to get the combination to get in, it was refunded within a couple of days but just mentioning it here so people are prepared.

Pros: L'appartement est très bien situé, en plein cœur du quartier Mazarin, bien agencé et bien aménagé. Très propre. Rien n'y manque.

Cons: 1. L'étage. L'appartement est au 3ème étage = 52 marches. C'est haut ! 2. Difficulté à ouvrir la boîte à clefs (ouverture électronique) 3. L'obligation de déposer une caution de 900 euros (restituée après le départ) + de justifier son identité (ce qui n'était pas précisé dans l'annonce. 4. L'obligation de quitter les lieux avant 10 heures.

Ottimo appartamento in centro

Pros: Ottima posizione, proprietario disponibile, aria condizionata e confort in tutto.

Cons: Il terzo piano senza ascensore, più che altro con bimbo piccolo e passeggino per ogni spostamento.
