Great studio unit near the cathedral.

Pros: The location is amazing! The suite itself is great. Updated and very comfortable.

Cons: Some people may not appreciate a sofa bed but it was very comfortable. As the sofa is a bed, the room does not have an easy sitting chair but there are 2 high stools and a table. Entrance to the apartment is typical of the older building and does not reflect the updated wonderful apartment.

Very comfortable studio in a fantastic location

Pros: The location is fantastic on a quiet street just a few minutes walk until you're right in the centre. The studio is very spacious but cosy and the kitchen and bathroom areas had all amenities and were super clean. It had everything we needed for a short stay.

Cons: Only feedback would be better/more pillows for the sofa bed!

Pros: Le logement est très bien placé dans la ville, dans un endroit très charmant, et calme.

Appartement confortable et très bien situé

Pros: Emplacement idéal à quelques minutes à pied du centre ville piéton dans une rue avec des bâtiments anciens et du cachet.. Appartement confortable, bien équipé et très propre.

Cons: Les places de parking sont rares à proximité... mais trouvables avec de la patience😉

Ottima posizione

Pros: La struttura è molto carina, si tratta di una stanza con angolo cottura e bagno. È dotata quasi di tutto. Il punto di forza è la posizione perché è nella zona pedonale di Aix, ma ai confini con la città, quindi molto vicina ai parcheggi della zona.

Cons: Abbiamo avuto solo una coppia di ascougamani per 5 giorni, non c’è l’aria condizionata, solo un ventilatore molto rumoroso

Parfait pour avoir les pieds dans le centre-ville

Pros: L’espace, l’emplacement, la communication avec le propriétaire

Cons: Rien

Lage, Lage, Lage

Pros: Fußläufig zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten, modernes Bad. Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler.

Cons: Wer nicht auf Küchenhockern sitzen will, muss sich auf das Klappett setzen. Das kann man zwar tagsüber zusammen klappen, ist aber ziemlich umständlich.

Tranquille et confortable

Pros: Grand studio au 1er étage sans vis-à-vis. Cuisine très bien équipée, lave-linge et lave-vaisselle. Rue tranquille à la lisière du quartier dynamique. Commerces proches et de qualité. Propriétaire répondant facilement. Canapé convertible de haute qualité, très confortable.

Cons: Pas de climatisation mais le propriétaire nous a mis à disposition un ventilateur très efficace nous permettant de dormir correctement.

Belle prestation à proximité centre ville

Pros: Bien situé à proximité centre marchand ancien - parking payant à 300 m environ

Cons: Il manque torchon vaisselle faite à la main et essuie mains
