Excellent location but apartment needs a redesign

Pros: Location was superb. Fully equipped kitched and lovely terrace

Cons: - the fact that kitchen and living room were separated by a flight of steps - one tiny toilet for 4 persons not convenient at all and no lock - small bedrooms with disproportionately large beds with very little room for storage - very long and steep flight of steps to reach the apartment

Excellent place to stay

Pros: Great location. Owner was very helpful and responsive. Provided some information on the surroundings which was excellent.

Cons: Had to climb the narrow stairs with luggage.

A Nice Short Visit

Pros: The location in Aix is ideal for exploring the city on foot. Public parking (25€/day) is a 5 min walk away. Entry was simple.

Cons: Lots of stairs to the 3rd floor apartment. There are two bedrooms with shower rooms ensuite, but only one hall toilet room for all to share. The air conditioning units in the two bedrooms are under-sized for the bedrooms and could not keep up in the heat wave. No A/C in the kitchen. The bedrooms and kitchen are on the first level and the living/dining space is on the upper level. There is no place to sit on the main level. However, the apartment's central location makes the inconveniences tolerable for a short stay.

Clean, bright, central location.

Pros: Absolutely in the center of restaurants, sights, shopping but off a quiet side street. Nearby grocery. Place was clean and bright with natural lighting. It is on 3rd floor with no elevator but no problem for us

Tolle Lage im Zentrum von Aix - großzügige Wohnung über zwei Etagen mit schöner Dachterrasse

Pros: Schöne Wohnung über zwei Etagen mit großer Dachterrasse und tollen Blicken über die Dächer in bester zentraler Lage von Aix.

Cons: Nachts etwas laut, da nah an Restaurants und Bars. Mit nächtlicher Lautstärke muss man bei dieser zentralen Lage rechnen. Dafür wird man mit guter Atmosphäre belohnt. Küchenausstattung könnte mehr sein. Zwei Becher sind für vier Personen zu wenig. Teekanne wäre auch fein. Ansonsten eine tolle Wohnung, die man auch für Familien empfehlen kann.

Pros: Emplacement idéal, facile d'accès. Appartement confortable et bien agencé, salon très lumineux. Gestionnaires très réactifs. Bon à savoir : les salles de bain sont ouvertes sur les chambres (pas de porte).

Cons: Le manque de propreté au sol, une fois que nous avons ouvert les fenêtres, plein de moutons de poussière et de cheveux partout La terrasse non aménagée ce qui est dommage lorsque l on veut déjeuner dehors

Super lage, sehr hell

Pros: Die Wohnung ist sehr schön! Sie liegt in einer ruhigen Straße, aber dennoch sehr zentral. Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und angenehm. Sie ist schön möbliert und verfügt über eine Waschmaschine, eine Spülmaschine usw. Die Wohnung wurde kürzlich renoviert. Es fehlen noch ein paar Dinge, wie zum Beispiel ein Schrank für die Kleidung oder Regale als Ablage, aber ich bin mir sicher, dass das in Arbeit ist. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich.

Cons: Die Handtücher haben schon nach einmaliger Benutzung nicht gut gerochen, möglicherweise wegen der Feuchtigkeit in der Umgebung. Bitte darauf achten, ebenso auf die Sauberkeit der Bettwäsche.
