Pros: A very spacious and modern apartment and in a fantastic location. Friendly host. Comfortable beds with clean linens.

Cons: Shower drainage needs to be improved. Leaky air conditioning unit in the living room needs to be fixed. More towels could have been provided. Terrace furnishings need to be cleaned more thoroughly.

Lovely stay in a quiet part of Aix downtown

Pros: The place was better than what I expected; really comfortable and the communication with the host was top notch. Very convenient for exploring Aix downtown, yet calm at night. Also pleasant to use as a remote-work base... and a soothing terrace to top it off. Spent a few days there but could easily have stayed longer - Thanks!

Aix is Fantastic and we Recommend a Stay in this Apartment!

Pros: Access is easy with lockbox and communication is good. Appt is on the 2nd floor of an Ancient building. You will always find quirks when staying in a very old remodelled building, like maybe the toilet is located in the kit and shower located 3 steps up off the lvg room. But you soon get used to it when you experience all the nice things: Perfect location, best-lit rental ever, more receptacles than our own house, very clean, good WIFI, NEW kitchen with all new appliances and well-stocked, great HVAC split system, shower that works well. Terrace is wonderful! Comfortable furniture. Notice the ceiling beams and decorative plaster work. Older reviewers' issues with privacy and an exposed piece of rebar have been fixed. Would come back here!

Would highly recommend to any single individuals or couples, close to the action of Aix

Pros: Location cannot be beat. The terrace was an excellent way to catch some sun while having peace and quiet. Also if you are travelling here in the summer AC is a must, and the AC in rental was really good. Good kitchen with everything you need.

Pros: Prima locatie dichtbij het Festival dat we bezochten. Zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame host. {rima keuken met o.a. fantastische keuken, Ruim smaakvol ingericht appartement en rustig terras. prima sanitair en heerlijk te koelen ruimtes.

Cons: Niets zij het dat we voor het inductie koken graag een bakpan hadden. Die hebben we zelf maar bij de Monoprix gehaald.

Pros: Localisation à 2 pas du cours Mirabeau, dans une petite rue très tranquille. L'appartement reste frais pendant l'été et est spacieux. La terrasse est très agréable et la cuisine très bien équipée. Communication efficace, nous avons reçu du papier toilette rapidement lorsqu'il nous en a manqué.

Cons: Le matelas était trop mou pour notre confort ce qui nous a fait mal au dos. Appartement en étage sans ascenseur.

Schönes Appartement in sehr guter Lage!

Pros: Das Appartement ist sehr gut gelegen, um zu Fuß die Altstadt zu erkunden. Es ist modern ausgestattet wie beschrieben. Es fehlten die Betriebsanleitungen für einige Geräte, um sie tatsächlich zu nutzen. Abhilfe konnte aber telefonisch mit der Vermieterin erreicht werden.

Cons: Das Appartement war nur oberflächlich sauber. Die Terrasse wurde seit längerem nicht gereinigt. Für einen zweiwöchigen Aufenthalt gab es zu wenig Handtücher. Auch Bettwäsche zum Wechseln fehlte, wurde aber auf Nachfrage nachgeliefert.
