Pros: Very spacious, apartment had everything we needed, excellent location, friendly host . Parking in front of apartment . Easy check in / check out procedure . Ground floor which made it very convenient to get in and out with luggage .

Pros: Lovely spacious apartment with everything you need and more. I wish we had stayed longer in the beautiful, historic and vibrant city of Aix. The 30 minute walk into the centre well worth the effort.

Cons: Instructions to find the actual apartment somewhat lacking + the manager did not know the pedestrian gate exit code but you can use the vehicle access key pad if you have arms like an orang utan and can see around corners.

Pros: Great location, modern and clean apartment and easy access with a lot of luggage .

Cons: Someone forgot to give us the gate code and exactly which apartment it was. Lucky for us friendly neighbours came the rescue.

Nette Wohnung für Sportliche

Pros: Das Apartment ist nett und recht gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Küche bietet alles (und noch viel mehr!) was zum Kochen benötigt wird. Sehr praktisch ist es, dass das Auto auf einem gesicherten Parkplatz direkt vor der Eingangstür zum Wohngebäude geparkt werden kann. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter verlief reibungslos. Für fitte Leute, die mit dem Auto anreisen, durchaus eine gute Option.

Cons: Die Wohnung liegt in einer Wohnanlage etwas außerhalb der Stadt, ist aber mit dem Bus gut zu erreichen. Die gesamte Anlage besteht aus mehreren Apartmentblocks, die sich über ein doch sehr steil ansteigendes Gelände verteilen. Um zu Fuß vom Eingang der Anlage den Berg hinauf zur Wohnung zu gelangen, braucht es schon eine gute Kondition. Die Gebäude sind ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, und auch in der Wohnung sind die Zeichen nicht zu übersehen, dass kleine Renovierungsarbeiten nötig sind. Der Duschkopf müsste dringend entkalkt werden, und der Abfluss im Waschbecken braucht einen neuen Stopfen. Es ist schön, einen Geschirrspüler in der Küche zu haben, noch schöner wäre es gewesen, wenn es auch dazu gehörige Reinigungsmittel gegeben hätte. Und beim Toilettenpapier bräuchte man ja eigentlich auch nicht zu sparen.
