Perfect for a short stay but needs improvement

Pros: The room is massive and extremely comfortable. The bed is really nice and so is the sofa. I really enjoyed the walk in shower as well. It has everything someone needs for a short stay. Their location is perfect and quite despite being at a very central area. It was clean enough but there is a need for improvement.

Cons: The room was clean enough, however, there were crucial details that if someone minds they will be really bothered. The mirrors were not well cleaned, the shower curtain had stains that were only visible if one looked closely, the sponge in the kitchen was very dirty and I didn’t feel comfortable using it to wash the glasses. There is a dishwasher but didn’t want to use it for one glass of water. There was only one toilet roll which was not new so I had to buy my own. There is food in the cupboard probably from people who previously stayed there but most of it is expired and so is the instant coffee in the kitchen which expired in months ago. I think more care needs to be placed in such details because the room has a lot of potential. Another thing I didn’t like is the fact that there seems to be a room that goes downstairs but is locked and it actually looks like a dungeon. If this is work in progress, it needs to be sealed until it’s ready.

Excelent studio flat in a perfect location, for a good price, and with everything you need :)

Pros: The property exceeded our expectations - we don't really understand some of the reviews here. The flat has everything you need if you are in Aix-en-Provence for a short or a long stay. The bed was comfortable (whole sofa was huge and comfy), the TV was big with all the options to watch available (TV, Netflix, Amazon, Disney+...), kitchen had all equipment necessary for cooking and the bathroom was comfy with a nice final touch. Overall, the flat is nicely decorated, it was very clean, and it's in a perfect location. Finally, there is also aircon, which is very helpfull during hot weather. We're not sure if there are better places to find in Aix!

Cons: As we stayed for a week it would be good to have more towels (there was only one set of towels, which was not enough for two people). The flat has a basement, which is not closed (there is sort of a gate), which makes a flat a little bit \

Pros: I liked location and size of the apartment. It was very spacious and comfortable. 30 meters from the center.

Cons: It would be nice to have cleaning equipment to clean the floor, because after several days of using it I would like to clean it for myself.

This is a spacious apartment, ideally located, and beautifully decorated and appointed.

Pros: The apartment is located near the centre of the old city, but in a small side street that was remarkably quiet. The apartment was also remarkably cool, despite the high outside temperatures. I was attending the Aix-en-Provence Festival, and the apartment was very close to the principal performance venues (the Archevêché, Grand Théâtre,Théâtre du Jeu de Palme etc). Obviously there is a wide range of restaurants very close - plus a few grocery shops, though you need to know where to find them.

Cons: The ONLY thing I can think to mention was the lack of a coffee maker (cafetière, filter cone etc).

Pros: Studio très bien situé dans le centre, dans une rue tranquille, proche des principaux centres d'intérêts de la ville. Très bien équipé aussi......manque toutefois une cafetière.

Pros: Waouh ! Superbe appartement à un prix incroyable à Aix-en-Provence, une ville magnifique et magique. L'appartement est entièrement équipé et d'une propreté impeccable.

Cons: Ce serait formidable s'il y avait un saladier, un grille-pain et une cafetière.

Pros: Appartement magnifique, lit très confortable, télévision avec Netflix, très calme, cuisine entièrement équipée, belle salle de bain, grand placard, le propriétaire est extrêmement gentil, la femme de ménage est adorable, la cuisine est entièrement équipée avec de nombreux verres, tasses et assiettes, le lit est un vrai bonheur, merci de m'avoir accueilli avant

Cons: Todo muy bueno

Pros: L'emplacement, lit confortable. Bon chauffage. Salle de bain ...

Cons: Pas de machine à café. Accès compliqué pour venir en voiture déposer ses bagages.

Super séjour à Aix

Pros: Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! Facilité pour récupérer les clés, l'appartement était plus grand que ce que j'imaginais, il est propre, et l'emplacement est juste parfait !! Notre hôte a été très réactif, notamment sur le check in

Cons: Mal insonorisé, nous entendions les voitures passer la nuit (seulement quelques unes par nuit, donc ça va!)
