très bien placé dans un environnement calme et parking gratuit

Pros: un mode opératoire précis pour le portail, le hall d'entré de l'immeuble ainsi que le coffre à cléfs

Cons: La cage d'escalier à besoin de propreté pour rassurer en arrivant

studio utilisé juste pour les nuits et le petit déjeuner. Parfait pour mon usage.

Pros: studio conforme à l'annonce, fonctionnel et propre, place de parking gratuite (pas évident sur Aix), litterie de qualité, hôte facilement joignable et réactif, plusieurs boulangeries juste à coté. Un des meilleurs rapport qualité:prix sur Aix. salle d'eau avec une grande douche agréable. Le quartier ne semble pas mal fréquenté

Cons: le coté rue est un peu bruyant si la fenetre reste ouverte, à cause de la circulation, mais ça on n'y peut rien en ville.
