Excellent! Great studio in a fabulous town.

Pros: Everything was great and the location is excellent. Would stay again, if available, when we next visit.

Cons: Although it did not affect us, the studio is on the third floor so there are stairs to climb.

Pros: Location, facilities and staff support were very good.

Cons: The front door lock is way more complicated than it needs to be.

Fabulous location and well equipped and funky apartment.

Pros: Fabulous location, beautifully appointed and well equipped. We were so happy to be able to do our washing. It rained one morning and we found an umbrella behind the door which was so appreciated. It was close to everything and such a safe place to stay. Parking was easy, short walk from the car park. Our host was attentive with communication. Bed was really comfortable and air-conditioning appreciated. Loved the vibe of the place too. Highly recommend this place.

Fabulous accommodation in great location - even with hire car

Pros: The location was fabulous and the host gave great directions on how to access accommodation. Lots of good options for food steps away. Nice big bed and spacious room.

Pros: The location. It was comfortable. If you didn’t want to eat out the kitchen was well equipped to eat in, considering the size of the accommodation

The location is excellent at the top end of the Old Quarter and just a short walk from the centre

Pros: The instructions to get there and to get in were comprehensive. I just didn't read them throughly enough but the Host was very helpful and once I was inside, it was fine. Everything was there for living and the bed was very comfortable. I didn't use the cooking facilities but they looked more than adequate if you prefer to cook for yourself during your stay. The apartment was clean and light and airy. The Host was responsive and helpful throughout the stay.

Cons: It was March and the temperature outside was down to 5 - 10 degrees. Although the air conditioner was working, the room was a bit cold overnight soI tried to raise the temperature in the room with the unit. It was very noisy switching itself on and off all night so in the end I turned it off. However, there was a separate oil heater which I plugged in and that worked fine. The 44 steps up to the room were very good for my daily exercises! There were two plastic chairs and a round table for eating at as well as two lower wooden chairs and a coffee table but it would have been nicer to have a sofa to relax on in the evening.

Pros: The apartment is great, very clean and very well decorated, with all the equipment and amenities one may need. It is perfectly located in the center of Aix, with a parking very close, so it is really convenient if you travel by car. Everything was perfect, will definitely try to book it again when I come back!

I spent last two weeks in Provance, and it was the best value for money of the 3 places I stayed in.

Pros: Clean. Good wifi. A lot of equipment in the kitchen (plus a washing machine). Room of a decent size, compared to standard hotel rooms. Best location one can imagine in Aix.

Cons: It is fair to say that both the kitchen and the bathroom are rather compact. If you are a big fat guy (which I am not) you probably won't be able to turn around inside the bathroom, and in order to sit on the toilet you will need to enter the bathroom walking backwards. Also, the studio is on the 3rd floor, with steep stairs and no elevator. For me it didn't matter (and the building itself has a certain charm, including the staircase), but i guess for some these stairs may feel like climbing Everest.

A super location on the edge of the old town.

Pros: This is a really nice little apartment, ideally placed for visiting the old town. The kitchen is small, but very well thought out, well-equipped and practical. The bed/living space is a decent size for two people (I was only one) and the bed is comfortable. The whole place was spotlessly clean. Instructions and communication from the host were first-rate. There’s a nice Lebanese takeaway next door, and a good baker and a Spar almost as close. I would definitely be happy to stay here again.

Pros: Great location, in the centre but just far enough from noisier areas. Supermarket just below the building. Great space, large bed and equipped kitchen. Easy check in and great communication with the host.

Cons: For people with mobility issues the stairs would be a problem, but that wasn't our case.
