Pros: Perfect location, center of the city, cozy apartment

Great location, fun place to stay helpful host - very happy to return.

Pros: Great location, friendly welcome from host. Comfortable facilities, quirky layout, quiet at night and lovely to open into trees from bedrooms. Will try restaurant below next time, it looked great!

Cons: Layout was quirky . Bathroom has no door for privacy but fine for family. Need to walk through main bedroom to reach second bedroom, fine for family or close friends. Living room has no external windows.

Pros: Owner was really kind, location was perfect, and it was quite even the Place des Cardeurs is famous for drinking! Apartment was clean, and there was an air conditioner!

Cons: The apartment is on the 3rd floor and you have to walk up the stairs. that's the only downside!

Excellent apartment in an excellent location

Pros: This property was centrally located, just off Place de Cardeurs, where there are lovely restaurants and bars. The proprietor was very helpful advising of market days and locations of same. The apartment was fully furnished in rustic French style with adequate bedding and towels and very clean

Cons: There was nothing about this apartment that did not exceed our expectations.

Très bien pour un court séjour à Aix, au delà de 3/4 jours un peu plus d’équipement (wifi - tv) serait appréciable

Cons: Absence de lumière dans les escaliers et petits travaux d’entretien à revoir Paiement espèces ou chèque à anticiper

Atmosféra místa a výborná hostitelka

Pros: Vynikající lokalita v historickém centru, v tiché uličce ale pár kroků od náměstí, které v noci žije. Skvělá a nápomocná hostitelka, výborná komunikace s pomocí automatického překladu. Zábavně zařízený apartmán v retro stylu začátku 60. let, který má svého génia loci. Bez ohledu na některé slabší stránky bych neváhal zde bydlet znovu.

Cons: Placení pouze v hotovosti, ovšem pronajali jsme si až večer v den pobytu, takže je spíš třeba poděkovat za flexibilitu. Apartmán mírně opotřebovaný a snesl by i důslednější čistotu, ale opět: využili jsme bez přiměřeného předstihu. Pozor, vysoké schody z přízemí až do 2. patra + další úzké strmé schody do spacího patra uvnitř apartmánu. Není vhodné pro osoby s pohybovým omezením a ty, kdo si nevynesou kufr. Cena 160 euro za noc pro 2 osoby v celkem prostém soukromí se zdá vysoká, ale na začátku července jsou levnější varianty při požadavku pronájmu v týž den již vyprodané a jiné možnosti jsou výrazně dražší a obvykle i vzdálenější od centra.
