I would happily book this apartment again

Pros: Cosy, well equipped and furnished apartment, in a great location (6 minutes walk to Cour Mirabeau). A very pleasant view of a small square with a fountain (very Aixois). Markets nearby on pretty much every day, and lots to do within walking distance. Excellent host, helpful without being bossy or intrusive.

Cons: Water drains rather slowly from the shower. Smell of cigarette smoke on the stairs (but not in the apartment).

Perfectly located gem of an apartment

Pros: Perfect base for exploring Aix, Marseille, Avignon and the villages. The location was absolutely fantastic, right in the centre of the historic town and opposite a wonderful bookshop with eight resident cats! The local area is beautiful and like a fairytale. The decor in the apartment is tasteful and stylish, the bed and spacious wardrobe and large television were excellent amenities. Everything you need for an unforgettable trip.

Pros: Apartment was perfect! Great size and well equipped. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal or if you prefer to eat out there are a number of restaurants, cafes, bakeries seconds away as the apartment is well situated in the middle of the old town. Everything in the apartment was clean and modern and getting access was very easy with a smooth and clear check in process. If I ever come back to Aix-En-Province, I would 100% stay here again. Merci!

Pros: Wonderfully appointed, lovely space, well equipped.

A lovely home away from home in the heart of the old city.

Pros: The appartment is comfortable, beautifully, well and modernly equipped and has a wonderful charme to it. Under the rooftop (still very high ceilings crisscrossed with lovely ancient wooden roof beams) of an old building in the very heart of the city, looking out at a small city square from the 16th century you feel right at home. The location is absolutely perfect, (payed) paring near buy in the very heart of this magnificent town, all sights in comfortable walking distance of a few minutes, lots of restaurants, cafes, bars and shops around the corner still very quiet. Appliances all worked well, the bed was comfortable, as was the sofa, it was clean and spacious. Tv, Heating and kitchen appliances were all brand new and worked very well as did the washing/drying combo machine which can be great if you are running out of clean laundry on a long trip. You have to get up some narrow stairs to reach the appartment, this was as advertised so nothing to complain about but good to know.

Pros: Propre, lumineux, spacieux, bien équipé. Échanges très faciles avec le loueur. Bien placé.

Cons: Juste un peu compliqué de monter si on est chargé (comme cela est d'ailleurs bien précisé dans l'annonce - 4è et pas ascenseur)

Zentral, lebendige Umgebung, wichtige Sehenswürdigkeiten, Museen, Plätze und Märkte sehr nah

Pros: Die Wohnung ist räumlich gut gegliedert und ausgestattet, gut über Fenster belichtet mit schönem Blick in einen Baum auf dem kleinen Platz darunter. Mehrere Wege führen von dort direkt zu den interessantesten Orten der Stadt. Parkhaus schnell erreichbar.

Cons: Der Boden der Wohnung könnte hergerichtet werden. Ein paar Bilder an den Wänden würden gut tun. Das Treppenhaus ist nicht einladend.

Pros: Très propre bien situé décoré avec goût et hôte très communicante et aimable

Pros: Excellente situation en hypercentre. Logement très bien équipé.

Séjour agréable dans un appartement charmant

Pros: Merci à Amélie pour son accueil chaleureux, sa réactivité et sa gentillesse. L’appartement est idéalement situé à Aix, dans un quartier calme. Son charme sous les toits et sa jolie vue sur une petite place en font un lieu très agréable. Mon séjour a été des plus plaisants.
