Luxury and location. Superb, genuine and authentic hospitality.

Pros: The location was fabulous- quiet and tranquil, yet easy to walk into town. The host was superb- communication was excellent and timely. The pool was great after a sunny day in town. The accommodation was very elegant- the best bed we have had on our trip.

Exquisite accommodation in peaceful area just 10 minute drive from Aix-en-Provence

Pros: The accommodation was totally exquisite. Absolutely everything you can imagine is supplied. Well set up small kitchen, large spacious living room, great bed & good shower. Immaculately clean. Very pleasant decor. Beautiful garden with wonderful swimming pool. Good parking on site. Gated property. Lovely view over Aix-en-Provence. We appreciated the quietness of the area the accommodation is set in - about 10 minute drive into Aix.

Cons: Unfortunately getting entry into the accommodation was very tricky - no simple lock-code for the key. Rather a very lengthy set of complicated instructions are given whilst having to be on a video call with the owner/manager. Parking in Aix is almost impossible at this time & needs to be paid for or alternatively it requires a very long walk into the town & a very steep one back. Our recommendation for parking near the centre of Aix is ‘Parking Pasteur Cathedral’ .. very close to the main attractions.

Pros: The location is in the heart of Provence, the view from the villa is just incredible. The hosts are extremely friendly and the information they gave us and their recommendations helped us a lot during our trip. And their beautiful dog Sissi was infinitely cute, every day she greeted us and happily played with us in the garden.

Pros: the facilities, Sissi the dog, the bed was comfy, location was lovely and private.

Cons: automatic lights were a little sensitive even when doors were closed

Pros: Lovely apartment in the hills away from the hustle and bustle of Aix. Friendly and helpful hosts with lots of suggestions. Very welcoming.

An amazing home away from home

Pros: The apartment was very spacious, beautifully decorated and had everything you would need to be comfortable. The owners welcomed us and their dog, Sisi was an amazing ambassador. The views were beautiful and we could use the pool and garden if we wanted. You do need a car though as it is about a 15 min drive from Aix City Centre. The overall vibe, with the lovely trees, herbs and wisteria is so relaxing and calm. I will definitely stay here again when I come to Aix.

Pros: The host was absolutely lovely - so friendly and helpful! She gave super clear directions on how to get to the property, and gave us a tour and even a website with recommendations of what to go and do! The pool was lovely too with a nice view over the valley in a beautiful garden

Cons: To be honest nothing - It was exactly what we wanted
