Pros: Appartement confortable. Emplacement pratique. Très propre. Le lit est confortable. La douche est spacieuse. Réactivité de la propriétaire pour résoudre un problème de téléviseur.

Cons: Espace réduit pour cuisiner. De plus Il faudrait ajouter quelques éléments pour faire un peu de cuisine. La surface annoncée est plus importante que la surface réelle.

Pros: Le studio était parfait pour notre voyage entre amies.

Cons: Comme nous voyageons à vélo, nous avons monté et descendu nos vélos du 3ème étage avec un peu de difficulté, l'escalier commun étant assez étroit. Nous étions malgré cela très heureuses de notre séjour au Cosy downtown studio
