Proximité de la campagne et de la ville.

Pros: Le calme (situé dans une impasse) et la propreté du logement. Bien agencé malgré la taille du logement.

Cons: Un peu difficile à chauffer et le sol reste très froid en permanence.

Pros: l'appartement est bien pensé et fonctionnel. La cuisine est bien équipée

Cons: Il y avait une très forte odeur de cigarette dans l'appartement. C'est peut-être occasionnel mais c'était gênant notamment au niveau de lit mezzanine où l'odeur était montée
