Pros: The landlord is very kind and helpful. Arranging arrival and depart was uncomplicated. For our short stay for business purpose (2 persons), the flat was convenient and roomy. Although we did not need anything, the flat seems to be well equipped with everything you might need during holidays.

Cons: The process of getting a proper invoice required for a business travel is not automatic. However, I you inform the landlord in advance that this is required, it is not an issue to receive one.
