A very good stay.

Pros: Very warm welcome, property has a cute dog and 2 very friendly cats and a lovely yard with vines and trees. It’s lovely to sit outdoors for breakfast.

Cons: The mattress was a bit soft but that is a personal preference.

Lovely accommodating hostess

Pros: Great for us as we had our own transport. The town was a little drive away but is fantastic for an evening out.

Pros: Super nice and modern room on a farm. The host was friendly and explained a little bit about the background of this farm land etc. It's located north of Montpellier, so if you are travelling for hiking etc, this is a good location.

Pros: The place is in a remote place just outside the center. There’s a little vineyard and the whole place is so serene and beautiful. There’s a dog and cat running around outside which just added that extra coziness to the place! The host is also very easy to get in touch with if there’s anything.

Cons: Not necessarily about the property, but be aware that Le Thor has limited transportation services. Taxis are difficult to get a hold of, so many usually rent their own cars to get around. We walked from and to town (which takes about 30 min one way), but you are walking next to a car road which can be extremely risky at night. There are also no lights in the road, so it gets VERY dark.

Pros: Calm and safe area, friendly owner, a perfect place to chill after a busy day road tripping through the provence

Cons: there was a dog on the property, which is very friendly and not very interested in people coming in and out but we still felt a bit uncomfortable because we‘re both scared of dogs and we didn‘t know about it

Pros: Quiet. Peaceful. Beautiful setting. Not commercialized. All amenities available that are needed for holiday and preparing to attend a wedding. Hosts welcoming, friendly, helpful.

Cons: We like every bit about this place.

a discovery

Pros: Easy to book and owners very professional. All instructions needed to find the place. Perfect location and setting. No traffic passing by, easy to park the car. Spacious and clean room, guests have acces to a real fridge. Nice view from the room and even a terrace with table and chairs. Well cured breakfast prepared by the discrete host. Relaxing situation.

Good base for a short break to explore the area..

Pros: Lovely accommodation in a rural area with easy access to bike routes to explore the area, through quiet country lanes, amongst vineyards and orchards. Very close to many tourist attractions.

Superbe gîte

Pros: Court séjour mais tout était parfait : alors même que je n'ai pu rejoindre le gîte que tard le soir, la propriétaire m'attendait et m'a accueilli avec beaucoup de douceur et bienveillance. Merci encore ! A recommander les yeux fermés.

Séjour très agréable au milieu de la nature où vous serez apprécié les chants des oiseaux…
