Pros: Thank you so much Rose and Jean-Michel for excellent hospitality. Your place felt like home to us in the six days we discovered the lovely Provence. The location is excellent, the cabin is very well thought out and we lacked nothing. Thank you for your listening and quick response. Cons: The pull-out sofa is not the most comfortable to sleep on for five nights

Lovely holiday in the Provence countryside.

Pros: Our stay at this comfortable accommodation, nestled in the grounds of a country villa, was exceptional. The quality was top-notch in every aspect. The owners were very welcoming yet discreet. Despite being in their backyard, the expansive garden ensured our privacy throughout the stay. The cleanliness was impeccable, and both the kitchen and bathroom were fully equipped. We also appreciated the convenient free parking. Having exclusive use of the pool and a plancha on the patio was a great bonus. The garden was beautiful and well-maintained, with tall trees like pines and cypresses providing pleasant shade even in the heat. We highly recommend taking advantage of Jean-Michel's culinary skills. For a modest price, he prepares excellent home-cooked dinners, offering exceptional value for money. Next time, we plan to participate in the cooking classes that are organized upon request.

Cons: It is difficult to find negative aspects. If the owners really wanted to improve something, they could consider renovating the children's area. It is in a very pleasant spot under the shade of the trees but could be maintained a little better. Additionally, installing an outdoor shower by the poolside would be a nice touch. However, these are not criticisms, just small suggestions to enhance an already outstanding location.

Excellent gîte in perfect location

Pros: Extremely comfortable and well appointed gîte in the hills above Aix-en-Provence. Perfect for couples or young families.

Cons: We liked everything. No complaints at all

Small self contained cottage in a large garden. Clean, modern and very well equipped

Pros: Small self contained cottage located in a large garden of a classic maison Provençale. It is clean, modern and very well equipped. There is ample storage space in cupboards and on shelves. Excellent wifi. The large terrasse is well furnished and a useful addition to the indoor space, except in the hot western sun of summer afternoons / early evenings. Fortunately there are good French roller-shutters to prevent the inside from getting excessively hot. Located approx 15 min drive north of Aix and not far from a great fresh food shop (Jardin de Sens) and a great seafood shop (Paro). The information booklet provided is comprehensive, except for information about supermarkets and fresh food shopping. If you would like a table d’hôtes meal to socialise with your hosts make sure to specify that very clearly, or you will just get the meal delivered to your cottage (which for us was a disappointing misunderstanding).

Sehr schöne und ruhige Lage in der Nähe von Aix-en-Provence

Pros: Perfekte Lage, nicht direkt in Aix-en-Provence, aber sehr nah und gut zu erreichen. Schöne ruhige Lage. Schönes sauberes Häuschen mit allem, was man braucht.

Pros: Tout est fait pour que notre séjour soit facile et agréable. Gîte très bien équipé, très confortable. Calme.Proche de nombreux points d'intérêts .

Topverblijf voor de rust die we zochten.

Pros: Alles was perfect op onze maat : De rust, de discretie, het zwembad, de petanque,de ligging, de uitgeruste keuken en niet te vergeten, het lekkere eten van Jean-Michel. De superette bij de deur evenals een bushalte. Hier komen we met plezier terug.

Cons: Er was helemaal niks negatief.

Pros: Gîte tres bien équipé et en retrait de la villa ce qui nous laisse beaucoup d'autonomie et de tranquillité. Il est tres bien pensé avec des beaux matériaux. Le logement est complètement accessible pour un fauteuil manuel. Juste la porte de la chambre un peu juste. Nous avons passés une tres bon séjour.

Cons: Ras

Pros: Le gîte est très bien équipé, comme à la maison il ne manque rien pour la cuisine même la machine expresso. Les équipements sont de très bonnes qualités. Superbe terrasse pour et vraie grande piscine à disposition avec transats et parasols dans un magnifique jardin . Bien situé à 15mm d'Aix et superette à 5mm à pied avec beaucoup de choix. Et bien sûr l'accueil et la bienveillance de Rose et Jean-Michel sans oublier Sébastien. Nous y retournerons volontiers.
