A cute little apartment close to everything

Pros: A little hidden gem down a quiet street just mins away from cafes, restaurants and convenience stores. Very well equipped and roomy for the price. Ingrid is so lovely and friendly. Beds comfy and nicely decorated. The courtyard was a great area and very shady .

Fun place to stay with a great location.

Pros: The location is perfect and the host is very friendly. Lots of space for 3 adults. Lots of towels, kitchenware, etc. were provided and the decor is wonderfully eclectic. Easy walk to everything including some of the best ice cream I’ve had (Amirino sp?). There are two local parkades near by and it cost $40 for our 2 day stay. No parking was made clear in the listing.

Cons: The only bathroom is upstairs through one of the sleeping quarters. If you have two people who need to go the bathroom at night, you will wake up one of your party. Missed having an oven (not explicitly listed as having one) but made do with the microwave.

Pros: Location, very clean, good matress! And great host, who makes the best chocolate cake 😊

Cons: A little detail that is best to know, there is no door between the rooms

Perfectly charming accommodation in a beautiful city.

Pros: It was a pleasure to stay at La Maison de Tao! Location is excellent - within the historic centre, yet tucked away down a quiet street so you are near the buzz, but in a very peaceful setting. The accommodation is comfortable and very charming. You get a wonderful sense of being immersed in French culture staying here. There is a beautiful terrace to relax in. The house remains cool when it is hot outside so it is a lovely refuge after a busy day. The facilities were great. We had everything we needed; toiletries were good quality, lovely crisp linen and there was even a surprise treat left for us on our arrival! Ingrid, the host is wonderful; so accommodating and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at La Maison de Tao and would love to return some day.

Pros: the garden and near centre and was very quiet well equipped excellent owner

Cons: shower in bath not ideal for us - a bit dangerous. would have preferred a separate shower

Beau logement à deux pas de l’hyper centre d’Aix

Pros: Un gîte comme à la maison, bien équipé et bien placé. La propriétaire est d’une grande gentillesse.

C'est notre deuxième séjour et sûrement pas le dernier dans cette belle maison.

Pros: Un hébergement non seulement propre et confortable mais décoré avec goût et très agréable. Un accueil très chaleureux, notre hôte Ingrid est très attentionnée et aux petits soins avec nous. L'emplacement est idéal. Un très beau jardin et une belle chambre d'enfant (avec un coffre à jouets très bien pourvu!). Toute la famille a grandement apprécié le séjour. Nous recommandons vivement cet hébergement.

Perfect for Living like a Local

Pros: Ingrid was an amazing host! The place is extremely well located, and the perfect base to explore Aix en Provence from. We could walk everywhere we needed to go, and the full kitchen including fridge/freezer was such a bonus as I was able to bring home gelato and other fresh market produce to really experience local living.
