Charming place to stay for our time in Gordes

Pros: We were a group of 5 friends and all of us loved staying at Le Bonheur. The location was perfect. A quick and picturesque walk to the centre of town. We are from Australia and Le Bonheur felt really French, the style and decor of the house was perfect and the views from the bedrooms were amazing. We also enjoyed the outside area and the spa.

Pros: This place is a lovely old French house. The outside area was stunning with the hot tub. A short (uphill) walk into town. By day six we had trained and it was easier 😀. The owners were very helpful with a slightly later check out which made our onward journey so much easier. Parking outside was great. A steep turn to get up the hill took a little bit of mastering. Bakery and supermarket a short walk up the hill. Great eateries. Gordes and the house is a beautiful place. So beautiful we did not leave it! The local market was great on the day it was on and a live orchestra close by a real treat. My only word of warning is that the house is probably not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. We would definitely go back. Thank you to the owners for a lovely stay and welcome gift.

Cons: Nothing. We got over the uphill walk after a while. 😀

Fabulous home with great views

Pros: Absolutely beautiful home with spectacular views and lovely outdoors area.

Cons: Can be a slight challenge to unload luggage and get up the hill.

Pros: Great home situated in a perfect location. Quiet yet easy walk to main square. Easy parking and access. Hot tub was a great addition. Kitchen was used and easy to operate.

Cons: I would have liked more glassware. A dryer would be ideal as well (but did use the drying rack). Towels.

Would love to stay here again if we ever get to come back!

Pros: Location in town close to everything was wonderful. Hosts left us a bottle of champagne in the fridge and lots of good information about the area. The outdoor deck was perfect for relaxing and having picnics. My son even enjoyed the jacuzzi. Easy parking was a plus. Easy drive to other interesting villages close by.

Perfect house and location for family of four exploring Luberon!

Pros: We loved staying at this beautiful home! We enjoyed the terrace and the detailed instructions left in the book. We walked into Gordes up stone streets and steps to buy groceries, visit the local market, and eat dinner. We highly recommend QG for dinner, as well as both boulangeries in town. We also liked Lyse in Coustellet. We attempted both the Gorges (Régalons and Veroncle) and took a day trip to Parc de Camargue. We were lucky to visit Fontaine de Vaucluse when the water was rushing; what an amazing natural spring! The bedrooms were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. We appreciated having access to laundry and a parking space.

Pros: L’accueil à l’arrivée : climatisation allumée, bouteilles de rosé et d’eau dans le frigo L emplacement : à 2 pas de la place centrale La réactivité des hôtes : un Chronopost à réceptionner et la machine à café changée dans la journée après avoir indiqué qu’elle ne fonctionnait pas.

Cons: Quelques suggestions pour rendre la maison encore plus agréable - un peu plus de lumières dans la cuisine et la piece principale a vivre - rationaliser la vaisselle en rajoutant notamment des verres à eau, des assiettes plates et des plats pour servir. - tourner les lits du dernière étage pour admirer la vue
