Domaine du Val de Sault

Nice apartments in a great location with friendly and helpful staff in one of my fav french towns.

Pros: The apartment was great with a balcony with a view over Mount Ventoux, we were visiting at the end of the season but there was use of a pool, sauna, jacuzzi and gym. the food in the restaurant was great, it was expensive but it was our treat at the end of a two week cycle touring holiday.

A very relaxing stay

Pros: It grows on one but first impressions are not so good. It is not 4 star. The staff are top notch.

Cons: It requires some tender loving care. A lick of paint would do wonders because it has all the ingredients to be really special. The dinner was very ordinary, too much stew.

A bubble of luxury in the midst of a beautiful natural park.

Pros: The apartment was spacious and comfortable for a family of four. It also had two terraces (ground floor and 1st floor) with views on the valley. Parking was right in front of the door. The breakfast was great, as were the swimming pools. The restaurant was excellent.

Cons: Nothing comes to mind. The hotel exceeded my expectations.

Excellent for relaxing holiday

Pros: Excellent! Location is top for relaxing, walking and cycling. Food is very fresh and delicious Staff is very helpful positive and responsive.

Magic views and a hidden gem of a place

Pros: The location is fantastic, the views over the valley, the air filled with lavender and pine. Everything is very spacious and you feel like it’s all for you. The staff is very efficient, but you don’t see them. The room is clean and comfortable. The restaurant is excellent. I don’t have all the words to express how wonderful it was. It was probably the best stay we hard ever. Thank you for that!

Great stay in place we would definitely go back to if in area again

Pros: Excellent and friendly staff who went out of their way to assist. In particular the young man at reception who drove us to wedding we were attending in church in Village given absenceand cost of taxis in area. Thank you!!

Cons: Place was excellent and only minor downside for us was short walk from village as we had no car available to us but this was entirely negated by wonderful receptionist who gave us a lift so thank you so much to him!!

Relaxing stop for bike tourers

Pros: Excellent air conditioning. Quiet peaceful complex with distant views over the valley towards Mont Ventoux. Small outdoor terrace for the room with the same view. Two comfortable seats and small table inside room. Good hot water and pressure in the shower. Soft bathrobes, large bath towels, pool towels all in room. Bike storage room locked from 8pm to 8am (although we just kept ours locked outside our room). One pool was half-covered and heated to 35°, and another was outside in the sun. Soap-saver by using a unique device that grated the soap. There was liquid soap if preferred.

Cons: Bed was very hard. In-room safe could only be used if a €50 deposit paid at reception.

Great location, stunning views

Pros: Great location with stunning views — you can see Mont Ventoux from the sauna or the pool! The receptionist was fantastic: very helpful, quick to resolve the small hiccups during our stay, and his English is excellent.

Cons: Dinner on Saturday was a bit chaotic and slow, likely due to how busy it was. We were never offered a wine list, which was a shame given the impressive selection on display behind glass. That said, the food was delicious, and the English-speaking waiter was very helpful and attentive.

Pros: Super friendly staff, really enjoyed the peacefulness of the region
