Pros: Hebben vooral genoten van het verwarmde zwembad en de verschillende tafels buiten, zodat we tijdens de mistral en hitte steeds rustig buiten konden eten.

Cons: Wat problemen gekend met uitzwermende miertjes binnen, en ondanks melding van aerco, vermoeden wij dat er alleen afkoeling voorzien is via de vloerverwarming. Hierdoor kunnen ruimtes niet voldoende individueel gekoeld worden indien gewenst.
