Très chouette à refaire

Pros: Tout était très bien, emplacement parfait, maison très bien décorée avec un équipement parfait, on se croit chez soi.

Cons: Nous avons eu un petit souci avec une invasion de petites bêtes peu sympathiques dans une chambre, mais la propriétaire a réagi immédiatement pour régler le problème

Insgesamt sehr gutes Haus mit sehr guter Ausstattung und guter Lage

Pros: Das Ferienhaus hat Platz für maximal 8 Personen, das wäre sicher zu eng, wir haben es in der Nachsaison zu zweit bewohnt. Es ist ein Loft im Wohnbereich, über 2 Etagen mit schöner Küchenzeile, 3 Schlafzimmer in diesem Hauptbereich und zwei Bäder, ein weiteres , jetzt abgeschlossenes Schlafzimmer in einem Nebengebäude. das Ganze um einen kleinen Innenhof mit kleinem, flachen Pool und Stahltor, wohl Videoüberwachung, sehr enge Zufahrt. Das Haus ist liebevoll, modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet; mit Kühl- und Gefrierschrank, modernem Herd, allen Kleingeräten, Geschirr und Besteck , Handtüchern, Putzmitteln etc sehr gut dem Preis entsprechend ausgestattet. Sehr gute Ausleuchtung. Heizmöglichkeit (im Oktober abends schon notwendig !) über Klimaanlage effektiv in jedem Raum möglich. Bad über Handtuchheizung. Insgesamt sehr gutes Haus. Liegt 200 Meter vom Beginn der Innenstadt, direkt dort netter kleiner Supermarkt, alles fußläufig gut zu erreichen.

Cons: Negativ waren die dünnen, typisch französischen Deckbetten aus Laken und einer dünnen Tagesdecke, nachts absolut im Oktober nicht mehr ausreichend. Wir hatten zum Glück eigene Decken dabei. Die Reinigungskraft arbeitet suboptimal. Badmülleimer war noch voll von den Vermietern. Viele Spinnweben in den Ecken. Plastikflasche unter dem Bett. Eindruck: Nicht gut geputzt! Wir haben das Haus besenrein verlassen. Ob danach dann noch viel passiert...?
