Comfortable apartment well located at a very reasonable price.
Pros: Excellent location for visiting the old town. Comfortable, spacious apartment on 2nd floor on quiet street with modern cooker, TV , Nespresso machine etc. a comfortable sofa and chairs--provided at a very competitive price.
Cons: Regret not having clear instructions on using the TV remotes which were very complicated. Glad to have a lift but, inconveniently, it stopped working just when we needed to take our luggage downstairs on our departure. Provision of crockery was minimal--for example, we would have like to have had some small plates, ceramic mugs, a grater, and some spare black garbage bags.

Lovely contemporary renovation of old building, great bed, shower and responsive host.
Pros: The location - quiet but accessible to the old town and city centre. The bed - big and firm mattress. The space - relaxing modern lounge and kitchen diner. Responsive host - someone was sent as soon as expressed concern about heating.
Cons: Not much but the heating was not very responsive. It was a central system and difficult to know the temperature (no thermostat reading).

Pros: Lovely apartment, nicely decorated and perfect location - calm, but right in the city centre. Check-in and check-out was easy, communication with Marion as well.
Cons: We would have liked to have some more kitchen equipment, e.g. more plates, vegetable knives…Especially as it is otherwise a kitchen that’s really well adapted to cooking your own meals, there is even a dishwasher - but if you want to use it, you need more equipment.

Beautiful apartment on a quiet street by the old centre
Pros: The light, bright apartment was newly fitted out and spotlessly clean. There was lots of space in which to relax. The host was responsive and check-in was easy. The lift was a bonus too.
Cons: There were no towels at first though these were brought early in the morning when we noticed.

Pros: l'appartement est agréable. Conforme aux photos. il est soigné et confortable. L 'ascenseur pour les bagages est appréciable ! Très bien situé au centre d'Aix. Plein de restaurants sympa autour.

Pros: La taille généreuse de l'appartement et sa décoration simple mais chaleureuse. L'emplacement à deux pas du centre historique. Merci pour les dosette de café très agréables.
Cons: Nous avons eu froid ! Et pas de plaid au salon ou de couverture supplémentaire dans la chambre. Je pense que le chauffage ne fonctionnait que dans la chambre mais pas dans les pièces de vie. Et pas de micro ondes.

Fabulous.
Pros: Everything is just perfect. Nice size, spacious, kitchen, dining, sofa, beds bathroom, lift. Wonderful.
Cons: A shower gel and shampoo holder inside the shower area would be great. Lower price would be more attractive.
