Appartement chic

A well located and comfortable apartment in the heart of a beautiful area of the city.

Pros: A stylish apartment in a superb location in the heart of the city. Fresh, clean and modern.

Cons: Top floor apartment with no lift, a challenge with luggage. Would have benefited from more sleeping pillows. Mezzanine was ok but the steps up were a challenge and there was little head room. It was a comfortable enough apartment nonetheless.

Pros: situation idéale par rapport au centre ville, appartement fonctionnel, très propre

Cons: peut-être mettre un torchon dans la cuisine et un petit égouttoir à vaisselle, mais c’est juste un petit detail

Pros: Très bien placé en centre ville Immeuble ancien et typique très agréable

Cons: Ce n’est pas lié à l’établissement mais à la configuration d’Aix qui est très étendu et dont le réseau de bus est aléatoire.

Pros: L'emplacement est top, en plein centre ville. L'appartement est bien agencé et fonctionnel.

Cons: Le 3eme étage sans ascenseur est rude surtout en fin de journée après les visites. Il manque un interphone ou un 2eme jeu de clés. Le sèche serviettes de la salle de bains mériterait un thermostat pour adapter la température. La connexion WIFI est instable.

J ai passer un très bon moment dans cette appartement

Pros: La propriété et extrêmement bien placer dans Aix avec un prix tout à fait abordable et l espace est très bien utilisé

Cons: Peut être l’accès au toilette qui sont situé dans la chambre principale mais ça n’a pas était un problème

Cons: Robinets sdb et cuisine à revoir.

A wonderful apartment (with warts) hi

Pros: Almost everything. A very nice apartment well located in the old town. It was an easy check in. A comfortable bed. Some coffee and tea left by a previous guest was well received. The location was quiet. It could be used for an extended stay if required.

Cons: The internet and télé didn't work. Since we arrived mid week Free was open and operating but never made an appearance. We both messaged Emilio and called him. He never got back to us why the internet and télé wouldn't be repaired during our stay. This was a disappointment. I used a wine glass provided by the owner and mid sip noted a fissure in the glass. This triangular shaped piece came out with a slight pull. What a catastrophe had it broken in my mouth. I messaged Emilio about this and received no response. The lighting in the apartment is not very functional. The night lights on each side of the bed do not operate separately. If one wants to read the other is bathed in light. No spatula, a bit of a challenge with eggs.

Appartement agréable dans une ruelle calme .

Pros: L’emplacement, idéal pour nous car proche de notre petite fille et proche du cours Mirabeau. La disponibilité du propriétaire qui a tout de suite résolu le problème d’Internet

Cons: Le matelas de la chambre du bas est un peu fin donc peu confortable !
