Perfect Stay for a Peaceful Getaway

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at Linda's flat! The accommodation was easily accessible with only one flight of stairs, which was a relief for my mum who has difficulty with stairs. The flat was well-equipped, impeccably clean, and featured comfortable beds that made our stay restful. One of the highlights was the lovely balcony, where we enjoyed soaking up the warm sun in the afternoons—definitely a big bonus! The only slight drawback was the parking situation. The spaces on the side road were quite narrow, and being in a medium-sized car made it challenging. There were often no spaces available, so I frequently had to park in front of the building. On the plus side, the neighborhood was extremely quiet and peaceful, and the town was just a short, pleasant walk away. Overall, this is definitely a place we would love to rent again on our next visit!

We enjoyed being there, Aix is a beautiful town, just wish we were a bit nearer to the centre.

Pros: Quirky, comfy apartment, with large balcony, getting afternoon sun. Kitchen pretty well equipped, 1st floor so no big worry re access and location is very quiet (though a bit far from old town). Key code was sent and worked. We didn't meet host Linda, but she replied promptly to any queries.

Cons: It was at least a 15min walk to the nearest restaurant or supermarket (we didn't have a car). I'm not a fan of WC with no washbasin and bathroom separate. Also, short people would have a problem to hang clothes. And anyone slightly infirm would have problem getting in/out of bath for shower.

Cons: Poubelle cuisine trop petite, un seul sac. Absence de clés pour fermer/ouvrir les verrous de l’exterieur.

Pros: Lokalizacja apartamentu idealna pod warunkiem że mamy do dyspozycji auto jeśli chodzi o plażę,natomiast z mieszkania spacerkiem 10 min na rynek w AIX, który jest bardzo uroczy . Koniecznie trzeba zwiedzić będąc w tej miejscowości. Jest pięknie i ma swój klimat. Ludzie szalenie mili,uśmiechnięci i pomocni. Apartament bardzo dobrze wyposażony w tej cenie. Wszystko jest do codziennych czynności. Wygodne spanie, duży balkon można wieczorkiem posiedzieć. Mieszkanie czyste i przygotowane pod gości. Polecam !

Cons: L’appartement aurait besoin d’une rénovation afin d’uniformiser les carrelages et se mettre au goût du jour

Pros: Situation idéale pour être dans le centre ville et aller à pied (1/4 d'heure) sur le cour Mirabeau. Quartier tres calme et sécure. Rapport qualité/prix imbattable. Excellente literie

Cons: RIEN

Pros: Gute und komplette Ausstattung, in Laufweite zur Altstadt und auch zum Bahnhof (ca. 20-25 Min.), wenn man z.B nach Marseille oder Perpignan ohne Auto möchte. Parkmöglichkeit bei Unterkunft etwas problematisch, man sollte schon ein geübter Fahrer sein. Eine Einweiser beim Einparken ist sehr nützlich. Hauseingangs-und Wohnungseingangstür Schlüssellos mittels Token.

Cons: Parkplatzprobleme

Pros: La gentillesse de l'hôte. L'appartement est bien situé et propre . Je recommande vivement +++
