Studio climatisé plein centre 4eme étage

Pros: Apartment is really central. There are a lot of restaurants/ bars down stairs. ( it might noisy during the weekend I suppose ) apartment is very clean and property owner was very kind and responsive.

Pros: What a lovely place! The studio isn’t big, but it’s just right. Very well organized, with a discreet entrance since the main door opens with a code. Don’t get confused like I did when I arrived — the lockbox for the apartment key is right in front of the apartment door, not the one on the ground floor. The staircase can be a bit challenging if you’re traveling with a large, heavy suitcase, but nothing dangerous. The apartment is on the fourth floor, with only one unit per floor. The sofa bed is ok enough, and the view is truly charming. There’s a parking house right across the street, and several bars and restaurants nearby with a fun, lively vibe. It’s ideal for couples, friends, families — or even if you’re traveling solo, like I was. I was impressed by the city itself, with designer shops everywhere and beautiful, friendly people. The apartment offers great value for the price. I would gladly come back!

Pretty one room flat in centre of Aix.

Pros: Right on one of the squares in the centre of old Aix. Lovely view.

Cons: The 4 flights of stairs was a pain when we carried luggage up and down.

Pros: The property is very beautiful, clean and comfortable

Pros: Nice little flat, good kitchen and bathroom facilities, super central location

Cons: You have many flights of stairs in a very narrow staircase, so bulky suitcases are difficult to bring upstairs. There is another hosting facility with a similar name in the same square, so difficult to find at first. The host was helpful on the phone, so problem solved.

Väldigt bra!

Pros: Mitt i den gamla staden vid ett trevligt torg. Kulturhus från 16/1700 tal. Helt modernt och nyrenoverad lägenhet. Unikt, fint och väldigt speciellt. Lätt att få kontakt med värden.

Cons: Den smala, sneda trappan till fjärde våningen är svår för den som är mindre rörlig. Lägenheten hade brandvarnare men kanske skulle det också finnas brandsläckare i lägenheterna med hänsyn till den smala trappan.

Pros: La vue superbe sur la place des cardeurs. L'animation dans le quartier. La proximité du centre. La décoration du studio et sa clarté. Très jolie salle de bains

Cons: L'escalier vraiment étroit. Le canapé lit grinçant

Med rätt adress/kod och med rena lakan vore detta ett perfekt boende i underbara Aix

Pros: Jättefint rum! Läget kan inte bli bättre - magiskt med uteserveringarna rakt nedanför. Utsikten från de fina fönstren är ljuvlig! Fräscht och fint möblerat. Bra badrum. Skönt med välfungerande AC.

Cons: Fel adress och kod! Det stod fel adress och fel portkod i bokningen! Det blev en hel del krångel med det. Jag lyckades hitta trots fel adress enbart genom envishet - och lyckades komma in genom porten trots fel kod, enbart pga andra gäster som lyckades få tag på uthyraren (som inte pratade engelska). Smutsiga lakan! Jag kan stå ut med lite damm - men förväntar mig rena lakan som ett minimum. Här var lakanen uppenbart redan använda. Rätt äckligt. Jag fick leta efter andra lakan i en låda och byta själv innan jag kunde lägga mig. Dock fanns inga andra örngott, så troligen sov jag på redan använda… Stort minus. Det låg också smutsiga bestick i kökslådorna och det var inte helt rent överlag. Synd på annars så väldigt fint boende!

Pros: Ottima posizione e ottima gestione dei piccoli spazi. La casa anche se molto piccola ha due belle finestre che creano luce e arieggiano la casa, e sono anche insonorizzanti.

Cons: Non abbiamo trovato il telecomando del climatizzatore; divano letto scomodo.
