A lucky find

Pros: Everything was great. Small but comfortable studio for one. Stylish fresh renovation. Good air conditioning. Located in the very center. Pleasant and effective communication with the hostess.

Cons: The door to the building adjoins the bar, in the evenings it was necessary to squeeze past the tables with visitors. Didn't find a corkscrew. But these are all trifles.

Cons: Un peu de bruit le soir sur la place dû aux bars certainement .

Pros: La localisation sur le forum des cardeurs est top, on est vraiment au cœur d'Aix :) Le studio est très fonctionnel et agréable.

Cons: Le fait d'être situé sur le forum fait qu'il y a du bruit le soir. Prévoyez des boules Quies si vous voulez dormir avant minuit :)

Pros: Idéalement situé en plein centre ville. Calme malgré l’emplacement central car double vitrage efficace. Climatisation très appréciable. Très joliment décoré. On s est senti comme à la maison

Très bon séjour, hôte agréable.

Pros: la propreté, les équipements neufs, la climatisation car la location était en plein été, le double vitrage.

Cons: En été le bar qui se situe en dessous met de la musique trop fort.

Siamo stati bene.

Pros: Alloggio tutto nuovo, pulizia eccellente, posizione fantastica. Nonostante fosse in una zona molto frequentata la sera (ristoranti) le finestre avevano un'ottima insonorizzazione, quindi molto silenzioso

Cons: Il gestore non ha risposto a una mia mail, dove chiedevo se l'appartamento fosse dotato di lenzuola e asciugamani. C'erano soltanto 2 asciugamani piccoli (non per la doccia). Se il proprietario avesse risposto alla mi mail li avrei portati io. All'arrivo era presente un rotolo di carta igienica già iniziato, e nessun altro rotolo di riserva. Quindi portatevi asciugamani e carta igienica se prenotate qui. Il letto è un divano letto.
