Lovely apartment, in a peaceful area, which is very close to the old town.

Pros: The location was incredible. Really close to the old town (walkable in minutes), but down a side street which had a wide avenue, green spaces and was incredibly quiet and peaceful as traffic was limited. It was a wonderful escape from the bustling city. The apartment also came with quite a large terrace (almost as big as the apartment itself) overlooked and screened by a tree and it was lovely to have outside space to sit in.

Cons: Although there were around 7 free parking spaces available to us in a cordoned off area, none ever came free. Parking was available along the roads around the apartment (which you have to pay for, except at weekends) but again was extremely hard to obtain. Cars would sit and wait along the streets, in the desperate hope that someone would move. We were really lucky and got a space when a person moved, but were then too afraid to move the car again, so did not drive whilst wee were there. But this is perhaps to be expected given how close the apartment is to the city centre. I just mention it to manage other people's expectations.

Lovely family stay in great location!

Pros: We loved the location so much! The flat itself was perfect for a small family (two adults plus 1 child - could easily work with 2 children!). There were cooking facilities (we didn't really use them as we ate out a lot but they were very good with lots of extras like sharp knives, oil, salt, pepper). The bathroom was good with high water pressure, there was a washing machine if needed. The terrace was very nice and the shutters on the windows allowed us all to get a LOT of sleep! It was almost in town and yet so quiet. The flat was very clean and nicely kept.

Cons: It would be difficult to stay here with older kids (teenagers+) as there is no real privacy between the main bed and the living room (it's a curtain divider), plus the bathroom door has a long glass section. However these elements make it safer with a young child as you can keep a close eye on them.

Perfect location and wonderful apartment with great hosts

Pros: Lovely apartment in a fantastic location just a few minutes walk to the main shopping and restaurant area. Super clean and the owners were incredibly helpful :) The balcony was such a treat to sit out and relax on! Our favourite place we’ve stayed on our south of France tour!

Pros: Perfect appartment with everything needed for our small family (2 adults, 1 two year old). Clean and very nice decorated. The highlight is the big window in the wohnzimmer leading to a comfortable terrasse.

Cons: Pee smell in one corner of the terrasse, there are some cats who like to spend there the time. But this was not a reason enough to take points away 😊

Super séjour !

Pros: Arrivée bien indiqué et contact facile et rapide avec Ingrid. Logement impeccable, très propre et fonctionnel. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Cons: Juste la partie un petit peu transparente de la porte de la salle de bain sinon nickel.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist unschlagbar. Der Weg in die Altstadt ist nicht sehr weit und die Zufahrt Straßen zu den Autobah

Pros: Die Wohnung liegt in einer Wohnstraße und sehr nahe der Altstadt. Um die Ecke gibt es einen Supermarkt. Die Ausstattung ist geschmackvoll. Die Terrasse bietet Erholung nach einem Stadtbummel. Der Austausch mit den Vermietern hat sehr gut geklappt.

Cons: Die Parksituation ist sehr eingeschränkt. Das nahe gelegene Parkhaus sehr beengt und sehr teuer. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist sehr überschaubar. Da wir meistens essen gegangen sind, hat uns das weiter nicht gestört.

Bon week-end en famille

Pros: L'emplacement proche du centre et des commodités, le stationnement aisé, la déco chaleureuse et moderne de l'appartement, la terrasse

posizione ottimale

Pros: l'appartamento, perfettamente pulito, è dotato di tutti gli elettrodomestici necessari ad un soggiorno prolungato ed ha una adeguata distribuzione degli spazi. supermercato nelle immediate vicinanze. Posizione ottimale per raggiungere i diversi punti di interesse di Aix.

Cons: l'assenza di aria condizionata: trattandosi di un appartamento al piano terra, non è possibile dormire con le finestre aperte (la terrazza si trova su strada e la finestra sul lato del letto matrimoniale - a livello terreno - affaccia su un giardino incolto dove risiede una colonia di almeno 7 gatti, incompatibili con i nostri due cagnolini). E' presente un ventilatore da terra, che aiuta a sopportare il caldo mentre la porta-finestra è aperta, ma non soccorre durante la notte. Il materasso del letto matrimoniale è estremamente duro, ma - ovviamente - si tratta di una valutazione soggettiva.

Super Lage

Pros: Die Lage des Apartments ist perfekt um die Altstadt zu Fuß zu erkunden. Die Terrasse ist gut.
