T2 cosy proche du centre-ville avec garage inclus

Great place to stay, we had a very good stay after difficult access.

Pros: The apartment contains everything to make a great stay. The owner has gone to lengths to make it comfortable and has absolutely everything on hand.

Cons: Only concern was confusing entry details. Initially could not access property until details provided after phone and email contact. Could be fixed by simple point by point directions.

Charming place in beautiful Aix

Pros: The apartment was absolutely lovely for a few nights stay! There were 4 of us and we had enough space and everything we need. Stephanie was a great host and very accommodating! Easy check in and check out. Garage is definitely a plus.The place was spotless and on an amazing location. If we return to Aix, we would stay here again.

Excellent apartment with a garage, within walking distance of the city center

Pros: Excellent apartment in a good location. Easy check-in/out, with very precise instructions.

Pros: Place is perfect, close to the center and restorans. It was clean and confortable.

Good Location

Pros: This is a lovely spacious apartment only a short walk to the main historic area, restaurants and shopping. There is plenty of space to hang clothes. The bathroom is well appointed. There is free wifi. The owner left specific instructions in French and English on how to retrieve the keys, including photos. It's close to the bus station and train station.

Cons: This property offers an on-site parking garage, however, it's only suitable for a very small car. We had a medium sized car and it was a tight fit. If the garage opposite is unoccupied with the door up you can just about maneuver the car in, but if the garage opposite is occupied you may not be able to park anything but a small car. It stressed us out whenever we drove out to visit the local towns as we didn't know if we'd get our car back in and this happened to us once. Our advice, if you're driving in and need the garage, is to have a small car. Street parking is almost non-existent.

Pros: The balcony was fantastic eating everything meals out there. Garage was a big bonus.

Cons: Bath drains slowly

Convenient and comfortable property to explore Aix and the surrounding area.

Pros: The property was very well equipped and was conveniently located to walk to the town centre. It was quiet and secure and the small balcony was a bonus. The parking included was very useful although it would not be suitable for a larger than medium sized car.

Cons: I can't think of anything.

Pros: la localisation le parking inclus l'équipement de la cuisine la communication facile avec la propriétaire et certains arrangements d'arrivée / Départ Immeuble calme, du bruit \

Cons: Le canapé vieillsant

Pros: Logement très bien situé pour visiter Aix à pied ensuite ! Bien équipé avec tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un bon séjour

Cons: L'isolation phonique n'est pas parfaite.. on entend bien la route en dessous mais des boules quies sont à disposition. A noter qu'un emplacement de parking est disponible (et presque indispensable dans le secteur !) mais il ne faut pas une trop grosse voiture sinon impossible de se garer...

Pros: L'emplacement géographique proche de l'hypercentre, le garage, le lit 160, l'intérieur coquet, la vue.

Cons: Un peu trop bruyant (le joint des fenêtres laisse passer le bruit du trafic routier, fenêtres fermées en novembre). Nous sommes un couple avec des horaires décalés, je l'avais bien spécifié à la propriétaire qui nous avait répondu qu'il n'y aurait pas de problème, que l'on pouvait rentrer et sortir indépendamment. Or Il n'y avait qu'1 badge vigik pour accéder à l'entrée du bâtiment, nous ne pouvions plus être indépendants, cela a créé une situation très inconfortable pour les deux, de plus l' interphone ne fonctionne pas dans l'appartement, et également le badge ne fonctionnait pas pour accéder au garage, on devait sortir par le portail du garage, lieu de passage des véhicules.
