parfait inside the apartment, dirty inside the building

Pros: the cleanliness of the apartment. really quite proper. the kindness of the Hostess. she waited for the check in so I could say helllo to may grandaughter and then go check in. really a direct straightforward kind person

Cons: the cleanliness in the building. The stairs are really dirty the lack of acoustic isolation. I was there in a period without students. if somebody talks or caries well trolleys, you hear everything

Fantastic location.

Pros: Great location. It's fantastic to have free and safe parking. Nice coffee place across the road. The bed was very comfortable. Perfect size for a weekend.

Cons: The shower doesn't let the water out quick enough, and you have to hold the shower yourself, it's needs a bracket. Only one hook to hang your towel, and it's loose. Some of the neighbours were very noisy.

Bon séjour au centre d'Aix

Pros: Studio bien équipé, machine expresso, bouilloire, grille-pain, ventilateur, dans une résidence calme. Wifi gratuit. TV connectée. Possibilité de se garer sur le parking de la résidence, accès sécurisé. Studio refait, SDB complètement rénovée, douche à l'italienne. Très bon accueil par la propriétaire très sympathique 5 minutes à pied du centre-ville Proximité de nombreux petits commerces, boulangeries, épiceries...

Pros: Cet appartement est confortable et est très bien situé, à 10 minutes à pieds de la Rotonde. Vous êtes au centre-ville et pourtant tout est calme. Et cerise sur le gâteau, vous avez l’accueil sympathique de Marie!

Complètement adapté à mes souhaits (répétitions et concert au conservatoire)

Pros: Studio petit mais bien aménagé. Balcon accessible. Proximité du Conservatoire (350 m) et du centre ville (Rotonde et Cours Mirabeau à 10 minutes à pied). Contigu à la gare routière (200m). Calme et paisible jour et nuit. Accueil, disponibilité et gentillesse de Marie.

Cons: Chauffage collectif non contrôlable, le plus souvent excessif..
