Nice apartment in old town - great for reasonably fit and mobile guests who know each other well.

Pros: Great location in quiet street in the old town, with shops and cafes within a few steps. Living room comfortable, with dining table, sofa, TV and wifi. The kitchen looked comprehensive although we didn't use it. Good, modern bathroom with big shower, towels, toiletries and washing machine. The beds were very comfortable.

Cons: The second bedroom is accessed through the first bedroom, and the bathroom is through a door in the second bedroom. This is fine for families, but would be awkward for colleagues. The apartment key is in a lock-box 6 mins walk away - not very convenient after dark and with luggage. An extra set of keys would have been extremely useful for when guests go out and arrive back at the apartment separately. The entry instructions are unclear - the apartment is on the second floor (45 stairs in total) and after going up the cream stone steps, there are a further 13 red-tiled steps to the door. You pass several other apartment doors on the way - all unmarked - so it's important to choose the right one! There are also five awkward steps to the bedrooms and an easily missable step into the kitchen - guests need to be reasonably mobile. Finally, a spare toilet roll and a welcome note that included location of the wifi password would be helpful.
