This is a fantastic choice if you want to stay in the heart of Aix-e province and experience the Atm

Pros: Location was perfect … right on square .. easy to work to everywhere in old city.

Cons: Bit of a slap to get to the key box place. Fortunately I had read a previous review and sat my partner in the square with the luggage when I walked to get it took me about 10 to 15 minutes by the time I found it this apartment is not ideal if you have too heavy suitcases like we did as The taxi cannot get very close and we had to carry them up flights of stairs however if you’ve got small cases, it’s not a problem. We would recommend a shower screen as the floor got soaking wet and was a bit hazardous. Also some instructions about how to use the TV and what to do with the rubbish would’ve been helpful.

Great location

Pros: Perfect Location to attend the festival of operas, big room

Cons: Poor communication with the owner, The bath tub does not have any screen or curtains so the water sprayed all over the floor so we had to mop the floor after taking a shower. A sink is stylish but so tiny that it makes it hard to use when washing the hands

Pros: Location was absolutely central and wonderful! Decoration was great, and it has everything required for a weekend for 2

Cons: The entrance is a bit intimidating and there should have been more information on how to reach the apartment itself, but once inside the apartment, it was fantastic.

Pros: the location is the best. The apartment is gorgeous and very comfortable - well designed and modern.

Cons: Collecting the keys was a huge disappointment. On the website it says 'someone will meet you at the property' and that was a main reason I chose this property. This was not the case and this statement should be removed from the site. After catching an uber to the apartment - first the Uber couldn't go into the old town - and walking with luggage through old town about 700 metres to the apartment. I discovered via a late message that the keys were at a different location so had to walk another 700 metres or so with luggage and try to find the lock box. Travelling alone with luggage and having to navigate this was very difficult and stressful. I had repeatedly asked the host to confirm the key pick up arrangement days before the check-in date and there was no response until last minute and was too late to avoid the stressful experience.

Pros: Location +++ Very confortable and all equipped flat

Cons: Tv not working No shower courtain, water everywhere after shower I would suggest in the e-mail you send with the spécifications of getting to the flat to mention which key is for which door lock - took me a long time to figure it out, especially because the locks work in some specific position

Great room, great spot, great view

Pros: Great location, clean and comfortable, everything we needed for a short break. The view out of the window really made our stay.

Cons: Everything was fine for us as the previous reviews and understanding the location prepared us. No free parking locally so be prepared to pay and it’s a walk from any transport so take manageable luggage. It’s on a busy square right in the centre which is perfect for people watching but nightlife goes on til at least 1am and set up for the market starts at 5am-ish. If you are a light sleeper it may not suit you but if you want a taste of the vibrant local life, it’s perfect.

Overall very happy.

Pros: Location was great- in the old town, close to great cafe, restaurants and shops and right beside the market in Place Richelme. Very clean.

Cons: No shower curtain and could not get the TV to work. Some floor tiles on the stairway were missing or loose.

Perfect location for a stay in Aix en Provence

Pros: It was clean, tidy and comfortable to stay in. Great location, easy access and a comfortable bed too.

Cons: Probably needs a shower curtain between the bath and wash basin.

Pros: The excellent use of the apartment space and in a great location of Aix.

Cons: The shower - despite a gorgeous fit out, the shower head did not really work.

Excellent and would stay again .
