Great apartment on the top floor overlooking Coeurs Mirabeau.

Pros: The apartment was very central (this road is the main street- largely pedestrianised) and had everything we needed. Accommodation provider met us at the start and easy to contact.

Cons: There are restaurants on ground level all along the road. This meant there was some ongoing noise when open and occasionally at other times. You would not stay here if you have mobility issues- only steps - which was fine for us.

Pros: Nice apartment in an excellent location in the buzzing centre of Aix, but very quiet inside. We really enjoyed the comfort of a nice room during the festival. Kitchen/bathroom are basic, but all we needed. Top floor so you need to be fit to climb the stairs. Airconditioning was well appreciated and kept the place relatively cool.

Historic Centre of Cours Mirabeau

Pros: Location and character. A dream to open curtains and look down on Cours Mirabeau, especially when the markets were on. In the centre of old town so easy access to conveniences, restaurants, information and transport.

Cons: Nothing really once we were used to the unusual bathroom/kitchen set up. But note the uneven floors can be a little off putting until you are used to them and apartment is right at the top of building with no lift. 3 large flights of stairs to be navigated ... 750 steps from front door.

Appartment Cours Mirabeau

Pros: The location was perfect. Very accessible to all the attractions we wanted to visit in Aix. We could walk out of the apartment and the restaurants were plentiful. The markets were on our street so lots of vibe and crowds. We could gaze down at the street happenings from our windows.

Cons: Felt the bathroom/ toilet and kitchen were a little crowded and in need of an update, however the apartment in general was comfortable.

Beautiful converted apartment in centre of Aix

Pros: Old maison converted to apartments right in centre of Aix, near great restaurants and the museums. Air con was welcome in summer, windows noise proof so slept well even tho right on the main boulevard. Kitchen had everything needed for breakfast in the morning

Cons: Didn't bother me as I enjoy a walk up - but note this apartment is 3rd floor with no elevator

Quiet studio in yhe heart of Aix L

Pros: Fantastic location, an easy walk from the train and popular sites. Great view over Cours Mirabeau. So much fun watching the street life but thanks to the glazed windows there was no noise when they were closed - I am really noise sensitive but found it very peaceful. The little kitchen was handy. There are lots of delicious boulangeries and delicatessans nearby and it is better food and value to buy from them rather than some of the touristy restaurants.

Pros: エクスのメインストリート・ミラボー通り沿い。まず迷わないロケーションの良さ。私は最上階の部屋に宿泊。フランスのアパルトマンの雰囲気をたっぷり味わえるインテリア。部屋はとても広く、ベッドも大きい。バスタブはありません。シーツも清潔。冷房もあり、しっかり冷えました。大きな鏡が2つあり、着物を着たのでとてもありがたかったです。生活に必要なものは全て揃っています。窓からの景色もフランスを満喫できます。窓の左からサント・ヴィクトワール山の山頂がチラッと見えます。 1階はカフェ。モノプリが近く、買い物には困りません。日によって立つ市も玄関を出たらすぐです。夜も遅くまでまあまあ明るく、人も歩いているのて、安心して帰れます。 宿泊料も良心的な価格でした。(友人が近くのアパルトマンに宿泊しましたが、この部屋の半分以下の広さでエアコン無し。ここより高額でした)。別の部屋の紹介写真もありましたが、どの部屋もとても素敵でした。また泊まりたいです。 初日。オーナーのご子息が、約束した時間にはちゃんと待っていてくださいました。とても感じの良い方で、安心しました。

Cons: 部屋の鍵が内側から閉められないのかも。オートロックに慣れているので、締めたらロックされているのだと思い込んでいましたが、部屋に居る間、もしかしたら開けっぱなしで過ごしていたかも…。 玄関ドアにセキュリティがあるので、あま大丈夫と言う感じでしょうか。 トイレのフラッシュボタンが壁との隙間でわかりにくい。 キッキンのキャビネットにパンとかお茶とか調味料がありましたが、ちょっと手をつける気にはならなかったです。 照明器具が点いたり点かなかったりしましたが、電球が緩んでいたり、そもそもコンセントが外れていたりして、直したら全て点きました。スイッチは足踏み式のものが混ざってます。
