If someone wants to live in the center of Aix in a truly French tenement house, I recommend it

Pros: The property is in the center of Aix, in a great location. The owner is very friendly and helpful. The apartment is in an old tenement building that has its own character. It's better than a hotel.

Amazing location, great AC, and fabulous host!

Pros: I really enjoyed the location, the AC, and the helpfulness and friendliness of the host. The apartment was centrally located and easily walkable everywhere. Having access to a full kitchen was nice as well. I would stay here again when I return to Aix.

Cons: The only part about the stay that I didn't enjoy was that it was up 3 flights of stairs, no elevator. It was a lovely place to stay. My only other suggestions would be to add a comfortable chair to relax in and to warn guests about the bed construction. The frame is balanced upon a small base and I fell out of bed the first time I tried to get out. I learned how to do it correctly, but it was a surprise when I landed on the floor.
