Great property

Pros: The location was excellent- the apartment was very well equipped; the owner was exceedingly helpful

Cons: Only 1 entrance key/fob; WiFi password should be accessible on entry to apartment (not by email); refuse/recycling bins too far away from accommodation

Pros: Very nice and luminous apartment, the rooms had also electric window blinds. The flat is lovely, nicely partitioned. Traveling in February, it was possible to turn the heat up to stay in t-shirt if one so wanted. Jerome, the host, is very friendly and provided all information we enquired. The internet us advertised as 95 mbps, I measured almost double that, 170 mbps over wifi. Amazon prime was provided in addition to the plethora of free broadcast tv channels, so our French immersion was well supported. Carrefour mini shop on the ground level, next door, this was quite convenient.

Cons: everything was fine!

Excellent location

Pros: Excellent location, bright and well equipped and the host was very responsive to messages. Very handy to have a supermarket right beside the apartment block.

Cons: Very difficult to sleep on the sofa bed in the living room due to the noise from the neighbours.

Would recommend this apartment for a stay in Aix en Provence.

Pros: Excellent location; Jérôme provided excellent communication and helpful information; great proximity to bus station with bus to TGV and Marseille Airport, and cafes. Easy walk to old city. Table on balcony was nice to relax with wine and snacks.

Cons: One bed was not as comfortable as the other. Elevator did not work consistently.

Séjour parfait dans un logement de qualité très bien situé touristiquement!

Pros: Le propriétaire est très arrangeant, prévenant et disponible. L’appartement dispose d’un très bon niveau d’équipement : vaisselle en quantité et qualité, four, lave-vaisselle, lave linge, produits ménagers, produits de base pour cuisiner… Toute la literie est confortable: lit et canapé lit. Le dernier étage, sans voisin au-dessus est appréciable ainsi que le supermarché en bas du logement.

Cons: Mauvaise insonorisation du salon mais difficile d’y remédier

Pros: Appartamento pulito e ordinato. Comodo per girare in centro città a piedi direttamente da casa. Host molto gentile e disponibile.

Cons: Sinceramente non trovo aspetti negativi

Pros: La ubicación Estaba muy completo el.alojamiento La comunicación con el dueño era fluida y amable

Cons: El agua caliente para bañarse duraba 5.minutos y había que esperar 3 horas para poder bañarse con agua caliente nuevamente. Las almohadas de las camas no eran comodas

Pros: Casa molto pulita e accogliente, Molto luminosa e provvista di tutto il necessario per una piacevole permanenza anche per piú giorni. Posizione eccezionale per visitare Aix. Nonostante sia in centro la casa é molto silenziosa e I comodi materassi favoriscono un buon riposo. Consigliata

Pros: Schöne Wohnung, zentral gelegen, bietet alles was man braucht, Parkhäuser drum herum, Bahnhof schnell erreichbar, sehr fürsorglicher Vermieter, Supermarkt nebenan

Pros: Jérôme ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und als Gastgeber großzügig. Die Wohnung ist sauber und praktikabel eingerichtet und befindet sich in einer Toplage.
