Excellent apartment and in an ideal location

Pros: The property was in an ideal location just a few metres from the Cour Mirabeau. An excellent boulangerie across the road. Excellent communication from the property managers and easy access into the property with clear instructions.

Cons: Nothing. There were stairs into the apartment but that was mentioned in the write up for the property.

Central location with a comfortable place

Pros: Great location, well equipped apartment, absolute good base to explore the region. Recommended if you can accept that the City Center is bit noisy. You find everything in the neighbourhood what you need. Communication with staff was effective.

Cons: Not a dislike but advice. The stairway is narrow so getting to the apartment needs some manoeuvring. You can find parking in the nearby streets if you are resilient, otherwise parking can be pricey. The apartment can fit 4 but you have to manage space. There is a building activity next door but for us it was not disturbing. Overall none of the above distracted us.

Bonito apartamento

Pros: El apartamento es muy bonito, muy nuevo, bien dotado con todo lo necesario para una estancia comoda. La comunicacion con los administradores correcta.

Cons: El dormitorio pequeño, muy pequeño. Tuvimos que aparcar muy lejos. La escalera de la entrada muy ruidosa.

Pros: Apartamento bastante espaçoso com 2 quartos e muito funcional. A descrição corresponde à realidade. Bem situado. Estadia muito agradável.

Pros: Ubicación, limpieza, comodidad. La atención y solución de un inconveniente menor con la lavadora por parte de la propietaria. Muy amable

Pros: L’emplacement proche du centre. La climatisation et l’ensemble des équipements.

Great location. Clean, comfy, cute place. Great AC! Family of 4 (teenagers).

Pros: Easy to walk everywhere. 10 minutes to train station. 7 minutes to downtown. Quiet neighborhood. We rented a car from the SIXT around the corner one day to drive out of town. Washing machine worked great. We'd stay there again! Notes: (1) You have to take stairs to get to apartment. (2) Turn on the tankless water heater early if everyone wants hot showers.

Cons: Part to hold the shower wand was missing.
