Unconventional convent
Pros: Very convenient location and in a beautiful, historic building which was once a convent. Friendly staff and nice continental breakfast (payable extra, at €12 pp) Pretty garden and a couple of nice sun terraces. Our studio apartment was on the second floor and was just right for our needs, with a couple of gas hobs and a microwave and fridge, plus a small rooftop terrace. There's also a cosy sitting room available for simply reading and relaxing if required.
Cons: Was difficult to make contact in order to book breakfast and the host was slow to respond, or on one occasion did not respond. The cleaner only replaces towels and toilet rolls when they attend the room and this is infrequent, but perfectly acceptable. However, on one occasion, no tea towels were provided so I had to look for them in a small laundry room which happened to be unlocked. But none of this was a major problem and we really enjoyed our stay - this is merely offered as constructive feedback.

A 3 day stay in apt while touring other areas in Provence.
Pros: This was a nicely restored convent which has retained the authentic character of the original building as it was when the nuns lived there . It was so much nicer than staying in a generic hotel . The room was huge and had a lovely breakfast in the morning . The only negative was the coffee . It was awful.
Cons: Just the coffee. Had tea instead

Good value accommodation in convenient location.
Pros: Large, comfortable room (superior). Easy parking in the square next to the property. Lovely little swimming pool to cool off in and a terrace for relaxing at the end of the day. Breakfast was delicious.
Cons: Although very conveniently placed for seeing the Luberon Valley, Apt itself isn’t the nicest town to wander around.

Lovely stay in Provence 💜
Pros: Nice and spacious room! (ours was called Chocolat 🍫) The hotel itself very pretty and cozy. Fresh and delicious pastries! 🥐 Small paradise in the middle of the town!
Cons: Proper AC would be nice, although we used the fans and was okay :)
