Hôtel AKENA Chateaurenard - Parc des Expositions Avignon

It is a good place to rest for a night when you are on a trip. Clean, safe and with nice staff.

Pros: Basic but clean. Good for a night sleep if you travel through France. Nice staff, access through codes to the room and to the parking ( outside the reception hours), secured outside parking and with a charger for plug in cars. You need to install another app if you are from abroad for charging the car. We did not eat there but we saw that the breakfast was croissants, coffee, ham, juices, breads and jam. Not sure if they had more though. Good water pressure in the shower. Soap and little envelopes with shower gel are provided as well as paper cups and towels in the bathroom.

Cons: Small rooms but there were a double bed and a single bed so for us it was sufficient.

Pros: Great room, very clean, the manager was very helpful. Breakfast was very good.

Pros: The gentleman at the reception was really helpful, he spoke to us English, gave us a great generous fresh breakfast just made.

Cons: Room was little

At the level of the price

Pros: Hotel very convenient and at the level of the price, although the room very basic, the bathroom and the shower was comfortable.

Cons: We did not liked the long process at the check in. Because the structure is organised for a kind of self check in, with the release of codes, if something is not going properly, as temporary malfunction of credit card, the check in process is slowed down. Furthermore in the room there are not enough plugs to charge devices and the only one available are placed far away from the bed. The other ore is in the bathroom but far away from the sink.

Chambre propre et personnel à l’ecoute

Pros: Le réceptionniste était très souriant et disponible. La chambre était propre, très bien nettoyé. Petit déjeuner complet composé de croissant,fruits frais et secs,yaourts,jambon,corn flakes,beurre de cachuete,nutella,jus d'orange ou pomme et fromage. Parking sécurisé car la barrière ferme à compter de 22h00.

Cons: Il n’y avait que 2 prises dans la chambre et la deuxième se trouve dans la salle de bains. Dommage qu'il n’y est pas de frigo dans la chambre.

Pros: Chambre confortable , bien chauffee , propre , excellente literie . Parking gratuit , petit déjeuner parfait . Tranquilité de la chambre .

Cons: Un peu éloigné pour trouver un resto.
