Pros: The accommodation was beautiful. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the bedding was really nice. The location was fantastic, right on the pond in Cucuron. The parking was very big. Responses to messages via WhatsApp was prompt with lots of details.

Excellent location and comfortable stay.

Pros: Excellent location. Very clean and comfortable apartment. We appreciated the complementary bottle of wine and breakfast. The parking was very handy.

Cons: We would have liked to have had 2 chairs, rather than just a the one. It’s a shame that they changed the towels when there was really no need to!

Pros: It was in a very charming pond location, very cute rooms and friendly staff! The breakfast was great watching the square with the pond! We had to book this hotel last minute however was amazed at their service!

Excellent hotel in the heart of the village.

Pros: A curiously digital experience - everything done via text message (car park code, where the key was to be found etc) but none the poorer for it, but we didn't meet any staff during our stay. An excellent hotel which is larger than it first appears. Super clean, excellent aircon, handy private (and secure) car park. It's right in the heart of this pretty village and I would heartily recommend it. :)

Perfect overnight stay. Wished we had an extra day or two to enjoy the area. Cucuron is beautiful.

Pros: Perfect location. We had a suite with a balcony overlooking the pond, it was beautiful. Staff were exceptionally friendly. We had continental breakfast which was lovely. Parking at the back of the suites was easy.

Very good and we would stay there again in spite of the issues mentioned

Pros: High quality accommodation and a great location in the centre of the village. Very comfortable bed

Cons: The loo in room 8 smelt a little of drains. It looked spotless but the smell was slightly off-putting, probably a simple plumbing issue. Without the smell, we would have given a higher rating. There is no lift and the spiral stairs make life difficult with a heavy bag. We did not see any staff at all.
