Good for bike tourers

Pros: Excellent air conditioning. Large comfortable room. Large bathroom towels. Comfortable bed with good linen and pillows. Quiet location, just far enough out of the busy town to be peaceful, but close enough to walk to town. Restaurant terrace directly on the river, with good food. Bicycles can be stored across the road in a locked garage. Bike batteries can't be charged here.

Cons: Tiny TV that could barely be seen from the bed. No safe, kettle or seating area in room. Poor WiFi speed.

Wonderful Hotel in a stunning setting

Pros: This hotel is in one of the most stunning settings you can imagine. The river flows right next to the restaurant and since we arrived after it had rained, the clouds were doting on ridges of the mountain just behind the hotel. It was stunning. The hotel has also put quite a bit of effort into their own presentation and aesthetics which added to the enjoyment.

Cons: Randomly there were no pillows on the bed and with a group of 15 several people thought the decorative pillows were the only pillows provided while others discovered that they had pillows in the cupboards. This was unnecessarily confusing!
