Pros: Le propriétaire est très sympathique et très avenant. La maison est très bien située dans Aix en Provence. (Le centre-ville est très facile d'accès et à 10min à pied). Elle est également très bien sécurisée. Les équipements sont complets. Cuisine full équipée (taque induction, four, micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle, Nespresso et grille pain), plancha extérieure, (petite) piscine et (petite) piste de pétanque. 1 grand salon et salle à manger. 3 belles chambres équipées de lits doubles et de penderies. Nous avons trouvé la literie assez confortable. 1 salle de bain avec une douche à l'italienne, double lavabos et toilette séparée. Même s'il n'y a pas de clim, la maison reste bien fraîche grâce aux volets (électriques et manuels). Grand jardin bien arboré et clôturé. Parfait si on voyage avec son chien. Plusieurs terrasses et plusieurs tables extérieures.
