Loft COSY et luxueux

Fantastic location, comfortable enough for a couple of weeks

Pros: The location was fantastic. Just off the center (but inside the ring road). Best part. The street is car accessible with no parking allowed!!! fantastic!!! One could stop right in front of the door, turn on the hazards, load/unload luggage, no lugging it around town!!! The apartment itself was exactly how it looked in the pictures. It was an old space, in an old building, professionally renovated to be rented out to people like me. The host also had it down. Reacted immediately gave useful, practical advice (like how the traffic police didn’t exactly enforce illegal parking with vigor).

Cons: I rent apartments while on vacation so that I can (kind of) experience how the locals live. Part of the fun. However, this apartment was evidently designed by a professional so, instead of authentic charm, it had features only an architect could love (like a massive, but useless bathtub). The downstairs was very roomy but loft was tight. Very tight. I'm only 182 cm (6 foot), but constantly banged my head. Also, the air-conditioning worked great but, hot air rises. So while the living room was frigid, the bedroom stayed sweltering. Also, while relatively clean, the floor could have used a mopping, once in a while.

Soggiornare nel cuore di Aix en Provence

Pros: La posizione è ottima! L’appartamento si trova a 2 passi dal centro Aix en provence. L’appartamento è molto spazioso e accessoriato. Molto luminoso di giorno. L’intervento del proprietario è stato immediato per un piccolo disguido avuto.

Cons: Poca luce di sera nonostante le molteplici lampade. Purtroppo il riscaldamento non è ottimale avendo un solo split per l'ampio ambiente.

Um apartamento bem localizado, confortável e divertido.

Pros: Excelente localização. A 50 m da Praça Pêcheurs, onde nas terças, quintas e sábados há uma feira espetacular, com as melhores comidas provençais. Menos de 150m do Cours Mirabeau. O arquiteto fez um excelente trabalho, transformando um espaço antigo em algo moderno e confortável. Além disso, o proprietário é bem humorado: uma decoração singular, que descontrai e até provoca o riso e a brincadeira.! Pena não tenha elevador: serviu para mostrar que estou em forma carregando a mala por 4 andares. Voltaria lá!

Cons: A falta de elevador.

Pros: Grossartige Lage, gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, gute Ausstattung

Cons: Kein WLAN, Handtücher rochen nicht frisch

Pros: Vraiment extraordinaire comme endroit! Extrêmement bien situé, spacieux, avec tout ce qu'on pourrait vouloir utiliser à l'intérieur. Le self check in était très pratique aussi. La douche est vraiment géniale.

Cons: C'était ok pour nous, mais à noter que l'endroit n'est pas très accessible pour une personne à mobilité réduite (beaucoup d'escaliers à grimper pour se rendre).

Pros: La posizione in quanto in centro e vicino a negozi e ristoranti.

Cons: L’appartamento al quarto piano senza ascensore. Eravamo in 4 ma abbiamo trovato lenzuola e asciugamani solo per 2 persone. Avendo fatto solo una notte ci siamo organizzati per cui tutto è andato bene.

Voyage à Aix en Provence

Pros: L'emplacement et le quartier. L'esthétique du loft. Propre. Rémy très réactif pour toute information.

Cons: Les 4 étages à monter avec les bagages. Plafond trop bas à certains endroits dans la chambre.

Nous avons adoré!

Pros: Son emplacement dans la vieille ville proche de tout et surtout du marché! Lits et lieu très comfortable!! Très propre! Vive l’air climatisé!

Cons: 4e (5e étage pour nous) mais ceci est mentionné et nous le savions… et lieu TRES ouvert ( salle de bain) donc voyage en couple plus approprié qu’en famille…

Great location and short walk to restaurants and tourist attractions.

Pros: Spacious apartment in a great location. Owner responded quickly to any concerns.

Cons: The stairs to the upstairs loft might not be ideal for anyone who is tall or has any mobility issues.
