Good stay in the heart of Aix

Pros: The studio flat was very well located. The bathroom was well heated and the shower efficient. The flat was clean overall.

Cons: A kettle was missing. The flat was quite dark.

Modern and central

Pros: This place is beautiful and clean, the location is right in the centre, very close to Mirabeau. The apartment was supper modern and spacious, we really liked the smart TV for movie nights on the quieter evenings

Pros: Excellent apartment, very clean, well equipped and lovely decor. Highly recommended.

A fantastic stay in a beautiful location!

Pros: The location is fantastic, so easy to get to places, you are right in the middle where market and all restaurants are. The apartment is very cute and comfortable. I really appreciated that the kitchen was fully equipped and AC worked like a dream.

Cons: There wasn’t anything I didn’t like but I wish there was an iron and ironing board. I had to use a local dry cleaners which was expensive. Please consider providing it, it would have been a massive bonus.

Pros: Air conditioning was excellent and very much needed at 35c outside. Small apartment but suited our needs perfectly.

Lovely stay in Aix en Provence

Pros: It was a nicley rennovated modern, well appointed flat. Lovely bathroom. Had everything we needed. The washing machine/dryer was a bonus. Very convenient location. There is a very nice restaurant downstairs called Moment that we would recommend.

Cons: We had 2 medium sized suitcases and they took up quite a lot of space on the floor. The stairs were windy and you need to be careful negotiating them. Might be challenging for some people especially with large suitcases. Look carefully at the instructions provided by the owner...there is a video showing how to access the key and the apartment, which we missed and spent time trying to find the key. The entrance is actually in the alley next to 25 Rue de la Cepede and the lock box on the opposite side 10m away.

Pros: The owners met us on arrival and explained to us what we needed to know about their apartment. Very nice family. Location was great. A small area opposite with a couple of restaurants, take away food shop and a laundromat. Very easy walk to main square and plenty of bars, cafes and restaurants.

Cons: Not really any negatives but would like to see a couple of hooks in bathroom to hang clothes while showering and definitely a toilet roll holder. We sat on edge of the sink but not ideal. Also we didn't have a tea towel for drying the dishes but I had some from another apartment we had stayed at earlier.

Perfect place for a short stay to discover Aix.

Pros: Great location and very confortable, well equipped flat . Great bed , all was very clean and new. Responsive host .

Cons: The entrance to the building is tight

Great comfortable vintage studio centrally located!

Pros: Good central location, very clean, tasty decor and furnishings.

Cons: Better said what could be improved : basic amenities ( like a coffee capsule/ tea/ sugar/ …), some hooks in the bathroom. Warm water: very little warm water tank reserve , just not enough for 1 shower and definitely not enough if you’re 2;

Very cute apartment, amazing location

Pros: The property was very central, clean, well-kept, functional and very nicely decorated. Easy to reach any spot of the town. The host communication was great and straightforward.
