Le Madeleine (duplex)

Pros: I liked how spacious it was and the location is very central. Very easy to get from one place to another and very quiet area as well.

Cons: I am quite tall, about 183 cm, so the second floor felt a bit short for me. I couldn't stand upright most of the time, but it wasn't a major issue since it was just the bedroom that was there

Pros: The location is great, the maisonette is cute and the space is used efficiently. Communication with the host was easy, she was available to answer my questions before and during my stay. The kitchen is well equipped.

Cons: It’s an old building and I could hear the neighbours’ every move. It didn’t bother me too much, but it’s something to keep in mind.

Pros: I liked the living space below and the bedroom on the 2nd floor. A cute little apartment.

Cons: The host Christine was wonderful. The location was perfect and the bed was excellent.

Pros: il. est bien situez , bémol pour aix , les places de parking, le parking bellegarde est vraiment petit pour un grosse voiture. , nous sommes tomber sur un week end pluvieux est envont eux un peu froid le 1er jour .

Cons: Rien, à part qu il ne faut pas être trop grand pour passer sous la poutre!

Typisches Apartment, individuell und top ausgestattet in sehr guter Altstadt-Lage

Pros: Die Vermieterin verteidigt ihre Wohnung in den wenigen negativen Rezessionen ja mit sehr viel Herzblut - und recht hat sie. Ja, das Obergeschoss ist relativ niedrig und ein, zwei Balken muss man ausweichen. Ja, das Bad, vis-à-vis des Betts, ist mit einer Schiebetür ausgestattet, was mehr einen Sichtschutz als einen Hörschutz darstellt. Wir hatten schon mehrere ähnliche Apartments in Aix, es ist schlichtweg typisch. All das und vieles mehr beschreibt die Eigentümerin aber auch sehr transparent. Wer lesen kann, ist klar im Vorteil und wird mit toller Lage, Ausstattung und Sauberkeit belohnt. Und wem das alles nicht passt, kann sich für das Geld tatsächlich nur in das Budgethotel am Stadtrand einmieten. Wir jedenfalls sagen Danke, Christine.

Pros: logement pratique bien équipé,merci pour les produits à disposition produit vaisselle,éponge neuve,gel douche,etc..situation géographique idéale à 2 pas du centre mais néanmoins très calme quartier très attractif, marché à 2 pas

Pros: L’emplacement, la propreté et le confort de la literie

Cons: Il n’y avait pas d’éponge et de torchon pour faire la vaisselle.
