Mirabeau Studio

Pros: The apartment is located in the very center of the city, on Thursday I saw an interesting market right next to the building. Walking distance to all the sights. Everything was clean in the apartment, there were towels, shower gel, hair dryer, air conditioning. The bed is comfortable. The toilet has a sink for washing hands, which is usually rare for a separate bathroom.

Cons: The keys were a 5-minute walk from the address. This is a bit inconvenient if you have a heavy bag on your back, or a suitcase. But not too much of a problem. The shower is inconvenient and is mounted very high on the wall, and since the apartment does not have a separate bath, but has a shower in the hallway, no matter how hard I tried to close the curtains, the water flowed out and accumulated near the door. I had to lay down a towel.

Pros: Loved our stay here. Nice room, comfy bed and great location! Would definitely stay here again.

Pros: Le rapport qualité prix, en plein centre ville, a 10min a pied d'absolument tout. Franchement c'est top ! Il y'a absolument tout à proximité.

Cons: Dormant les fenêtres ouvertes, j'ai dû les fermer. Les rues en centre ville, ainsi que les bar en dessous + le marché , très bruyant , mais franchement ya pire. C'est juste qu'il fallait trouver un point négatif a l'emplacement. Je recommande et y reviendrai lors d'un prochain séjour sans hésiter.

Une localisation idéale pour un studio correct

Pros: Le studio est extrêmement bien placé dans le centre historique d'Aix, et de là tout est accessible à pied. Les équipements sont corrects.

Cons: La peinture se décolle à certains endroits, et l'isolation visible autour de la fenêtre laisse à penser que le studio n'est pas entièrement fini. Le pommeau de douche gagnerait à être remplacé

Parfait pour qq jours pros pas chers, pas un nid romantique!

Pros: Si central, pratique, confort du lit, clim et grande fenêtre double vitrée… parfait pour qq jours de rdv professionnels!

Cons: Vraiment bricolo partout ça fait peur d’emblée

Pros: Die zentrale Lage in der Mitte der belebten o in Altstadt war für meinen 2 Tage Aufenthalt sehr interessant . Der Raum ist liebevoll etwas renoviert.Das Fenster ist neu und schalldicht. Die Fotos bei booking sind etwas veraltet.Ich war sehr zufrieden mit dieser Unterkunft,es hat mir Spaß gemacht .Merci beaucoup!

Cons: Das WC macht wenn man aufsteht Wackelgeräusche.Einmal lief Wasser unten raus

Pros: C'est magnifique aix-en-provence je vais revenir 2027

Séjour agréable malgré les petits aléas.

Pros: La situation géographique est excellente pour visiter Aix en Provence. Très proche des magasins et un marché sur la place en bas de l'immeuble.

Cons: Equipement minimaliste en ce qui concerne les ustensiles, couverts, pas possible d'avoir des glaçons le freezer était plein de givre.
