Nice place to stay for a few days in Aix.

Pros: Location was great, close to everything. The flat was nicely decorated, comfortable and clean.

Cons: The portable airconditioning unit was noisy. I think it would have been better to have a simple electric fan instead.

Séjour très agréable avec tout ce qu'il faut sur place et des hôtes arrangeantes!

Pros: L'emplacement en plein centre. La cuisine ouverte et assez grande. Les rangements nombreux

Cons: Une bouilloire dans la cuisine manquait ainsi qu'un torchon Les serviettes de toilette de couleur un peu triste Le rebord du receveur de douche assez haut à enjamber

Pros: Studio TB situé, très propre, tout à fait agréable et confortable.

Cons: Prévoir qu'en raison de la situation du studio dans l'hypercentre, les nuits peuvent être un peu bruyantes parfois. Il manque p-ê une bouilloire électrique

Pros: Nous avons passé une nuit dans ce petit appartement cocooning très bien placé dans l'hyper centre d'Aix. La décoration est vraiment mignonne et l'appartement confortable et bien équipé (notamment la clim d'appoint). Merci à Valérie et Virginie pour leur accueil. Au top pour un séjour sur Aix à 2.

Insgesamt ein guter Aufenthalt.

Pros: Tolle Lage in meist ruhiger Einkaufsstraße, Bäcker und Crêperie um die Ecke. Sehr freundlicher Empfang mit Calissons, Nougat (Spezialitäten der Region) und Stadtplan. Gute Küchenausstattung.

Cons: Manchmal hört man die Motorräder draußen und die Nachbarn von oben (Trittschall). Die Toilette ist sehr klein.

Pros: Emplacement idéal, appartement très pratique et joliment décoré.

Nel centro storico, a due passi da tutto

Pros: Edificio storico centralismo, pulito e con proprietari veramente gentili e disponibili. Qualsiasi problema sono reperibili. È ideale per soggiorni di qualche giorno. Infatti c’è l’occorrente per prepararsi qualcosa, anche solo uno spuntino o una colazione veloce. Ma in caso non si voglia, in pochi minuti si raggiungono tutti i locali che si desiderano. L’università del centro storico è a 7 minuti, il polo esterno alla circonvallazione a 12.

Cons: Si tratta pur sempre di un appartamento: si sentono sciacquoni di altri piani e (è successo) può accedere che altri affittuari siano un non proprio rispettosi. Ma, segnalato il disguido alle proprietarie, il problema è rientrato.

Pros: I guess location is the best feature of this property. It is in the center of the old village and close to several attractions in Aix. Valérie was superb and met me when I arrive at the studio on an early check-in. I would definitely stay at Concierge Sainte Victoire if I ever get back to Aix - which is likely, by the way.
