Aix est une ville magnifique qu'il faut absolument visiter.

Pros: Appartement situé au coeur du centre ville, à deux pas du cours Mirabeau et des rues commerçantes. Ville très animée et la rue est plutôt silencieuse malgré les commerces. Excellent accueil de la conciergerie qui gère cet appartement : à notre écoute, répond à nos besoins, a des attentions (offre huile d'olive, calisson, fleur de douche...). L'orientation nord est un plus pour les mois de grosses chaleurs.

Cons: Pas possible d'améliorer les escaliers qui sont très étroits et raides sur les trois étages qui mènent à cet appartement.
