Wonderful apartment in the heat of Aix. take the climb and love the view.

Pros: One simply cannot beat the location of this apartment. Right in the centre of the old town with markets and great shops on your doorstep, apartment was spacious and terrace was wonderful. Many folks seemed in previous reviews to complain about the steps to get to the apartment. but without the climb there is no view! we loved the terrace and had many memorable meals there. Everything you needed to self cater was there.

Cons: If i were to be picky, the quality of the pillows was not great, but we made a plan. TV was not working, but also did not phase us and host was apologetic about this.

Pros: This place has a lovely balcony with perfect view. That's the main reason why I wanted to book it and I was not disappointed. Also, location is perfect as it is right in the city center near all the main attractions and lovely street markets. The host was also just lovely and extremely helpful. Every time that I needed some kind of assistance they replied in no time at all. Would absolutely recommend if you want to experience life in the historic center of Aix.

Cons: There are a few not so good points. For instance, this apartment is on the 5th floor without any kind of elevator in historic circular staircase, not at all easy to navigate with bags or after a hot day spent walking. Also, the apartment itself gets very hot in the summer months. We stayed at the end of June and the city was suffering a huge heatwave. This unit has a kind of mobile AC of sorts in the living room and it does the job right just for that space, but further down the small corridor you still have a bedroom and two bathrooms (1 with toilet only and another with bath and sink and washing machine, so on). So my point is, all of the other rooms apart from living room, were just incredibly hot. It was very difficult to sleep. They have another kind of fan machine in the bedroom but it doesn't really help that much and at times almost seems like It makes things even worse.

Pros: Fabulous property spotless clean and perfect central location. There are 4 big flights of stairs and no life up which is difficult with children and older people. However staff were so helpful and Friendly and the view from the terrace is beautiful

Pros: The location and the lovely balcony made our trip a wonderful experience. It is a wonderful community and we had a wonderful location

Cons: Other than having many steps and we are elderly it was more difficult but believe me it was worth the climb. If you can climb if you stares book this place it's awesome

Pros: Logement propre, chaleureux, bien équipé. Et très bien situé au coeur de la ville. Instructions du propriétaire très clair.

Pros: Il balcone sui tetti, il frigo e la posizione. L'aria condizionata che serve in agosto!!!!

Cons: Bagno piccolo. Per chi ha un certa età e poco sportivo andrebbe segnalato che ci sono 4 piani da fare a piedi. Ma e in centro storico ed è normale che non ci sia ascensore.

Chaud mais très agréable!

Pros: L'emplacement est parfait mais la chaleur a un peu compliqué les choses!

Cons: Un peu de jeu dans le robinet de la salle de bain et peu de pression dans le pommeau de douche sinon tout était bien.

Pros: Appartement très agréable, bien ensoleillé, calme, bien équipé et très bien situé dans le centre ville. Prendre son petit déjeuner sur le balcon a été un réel plaisir! L'hôte est très aimable et disponible.

Pros: Väldigt trevlig lägenhet med fin liten balkong. Jättebra läge, ren och superfräscht badrum! Tyst och lugnt!

Pros: L'appartement est très bien situé et confortable pour quelques jours ! Fidèle à la description et aux photos. L'hôte était joignable et aidante.
