Good Surprise

Pros: Brand new studio with all the basics for short stay. Microawave was not working and in a couple of hours Salim brought a brand new one! Also brought a toaster an a frying pan. Salim is really working to have a perfect spot! I'm aware that an AC will be instaled soon, probably for the summer as the studio is heated by the floor heater.

A great and convenient stay, close to bus station, at a reasonable price.

Pros: The property is very clean. Location is very convenient as directly located next to the bus station. Check-in instructions were clear and host is responsive and reliable. Highly recommended.

Very well prepared studio with an amazing location to discover the city and the region.

Pros: The location is amazing : bus station right next to it and 5 mins walking distance to the center and casino. The facilities are all new and everything is available and the bed is very comfortable. The owner is very friendly and was available for all our questions

Très très satisfaits de notre séjour

Pros: - studio conforme à la description - propreté impeccable - très bien équipé pour faire un peu de cuisine - très bonne literie - 10 minutes à pied du cours Mirabeau - hôte très réactif, par mails et par textos, ça c'est super appréciable !!

Cons: - parking très pratique au pied de la résidence MAIS pensez bien à badger en sortant, même si le portail de sortie est ouvert.... sinon rentrée impossible quand vous reviendrez (l'hôte m'avait prévenu mais j'avais oublié :-)) - proximité de la gare routière, donc on entend un peu le bruit des bus, rien de rédhibitoire mais il faut le savoir

Pros: Situation très proche de l' office du tourisme et vieille ville, parking privé , équipements et propreté , disponibilité et réactivité du loueur. Petit studio très bien aménagé, parfait pour un court séjour.

Pros: Facile d’accès elle un peu tard, propre et bien équipé

Cons: Emplacement de parking dont l’acces est spécial. J’avais oublié d’en parler avant d’arriver donc je n’ai pas pu y accéder.

Cocooning

Pros: Studio lumineux, fonctionnel et coquet. Tout a bien été pensé ! Matelas confortable. Joli petit balcon agrémenté de dalles bois, d'un pare-vue orné de feuillages artificiels ce qui offre une ambiance plus chaleureuse. Espaces intérieur et extérieur cocooning, nous recommandons.
