Pros: Very friendly and helpful owner. Beautiful location and convenient for both Aix and the surrounding countryside.

Cons: Tricky drive to negotiate especially if, like us, you arrive on a wet evening.

Excellent base for a stay in Aix-en-Provence

Pros: Beautiful apartment in a great location on the edge of Aix. The self contained apartment had everything we needed. Florence (the host) was most helpful. The pool was great. It was straightforward to walk into Aix (although it’s a steep uphill walk back again!)

Cons: We loved it all.

Fantastic time in Aix-en-Provence

Pros: We had a fantastic time staying with Florence. Very kind hosts, they help with everything and a super nice guest house. Everything was exceptionally clean and high quality. Lots of kitchen equipment. Pool is nice for swimming. The house is situated in nature but still very close to the beautiful center of Aix. You can visit the villages of the Luberon from here and do beautiful hikes. Thank you so much!

Pros: Beautiful guest house right outside of Aix. Had everything you could need for a stay of a week or longer. Comfortable and spacious with a beautiful view of the garden and surrounding hills.

Pros: Florence was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The house was newly renovated and everything was to a very high standard.

Cons: The entrance is via a narrow, steep, winding driveway. It is manageable, but tight in a large car.

Great find in this fantastic city!

Pros: The Mazet is lovely with great facilities and good view from the large windows. The owner is lovely and very helpful.

Cons: Nothing. It was perfect for two people.

Pros: The property is located on top of a hill, about 2 km from the centre of Aix. The place is quiet and perfect for relaxing. The accommodation is comfortable, clean and with good equipment. The hostess was extremely helpful. We'll be back if possible.
